20年前，我到了台灣，打算來這裡6個月。。。 剛來的那個時候也是剛剛9/11，美國被攻擊。不用說，從那以後發生了很多事情。20 years ago today, I arrived in Taiwan, expecting to stay here for 6 months…. It was also right when the World Trade Center was attacked. Needless to say, a lot has happened since then.

21歲的我，來台灣當實習醫生救護人員。 我在醫院跟消防隊實習，夢想是可以跟國際醫療團飛來飛去幫忙。 At 21 years old, I came to Taiwan to intern at the hospital and fire department, working as an EMT and getting ready for medical school. My dream was to work as a doctor with Doctors without Borders.

快要離開的時候，有人問我要不要拍一個內衣廣告。 我心理想了兩件事：“好cool喔！“ 跟 ”這個一定是詐騙吧！“ 沒想到，拍完這個廣告只是一個人生新的開始。一個有趣的新工作，包含了主持人，演員， 小提琴表演者，作家，製作人，演說家。 Just before I was to leave Taiwan, somebody asked me if I would be interested in auditioning for an underwear commercial. I thought “Oooh this could be fun!” and simultaneously, “I think I’m being scammed.” Turns out, it was the beginning of a very interesting new career as a travel show host, actor, professional violinist, writer, producer and motivational speaker.

20年在台灣， 我的人生的一半， 從在紅毯旁邊的醫療站救護人員到今年入圍最佳女配角，然後要走紅毯。我在這裡也剛好認識了我的好多的“老公”， 跟其中一位在台灣生了兩個兒子。20 years in Taiwan - I’ve gone from working the first aid station at the red carpet to now, this year, nominated for Best Supporting Actress and walking the red carpet. I met my many (on and off screen) husbands George, 黃尚禾，and 王識賢 and hopefully more (真可惜不是都是真真的老公哈哈) here. I started a family of two boys with one of them. 😂😂 @instageorgey

一般而言

我們會知道 When 後面加上「短時間」；while 後面加上「長時間」

🔮when & while 能互通嗎？

⚠️今天必須講清楚⚠️

🏓🥊 使用When的情況有3⃣️

❶ 連接兩個瞬間性；短時間的動作

🥟 I saw Alfred when I got out of my car.

我下車的時候看見阿福。

❷ 表達某個時期時，在…歲時

🥟 When I was twelve, I enjoyed reading comic books.

我12歲的時候喜歡看漫畫。

❸ 兩個動作有「一點點」先後差別的時候
除了before/after，還能使用when

🥟 The girl cried when she saw her favorite actor.

當女孩看見他最喜歡的演員時，她哭了。
（女孩是先看見演員）

🏓🥊 使用while 的情況

❶ 連接兩個長時間動作；延續性動作

🥟 My husband was watching TV while I was cleaning up the bathroom.

當我在清掃浴室的時候，我的先生正在看電視。

🍵when&while通用的情況🍵 非常重要‼️

當when&while 所引導的子句為「背景動作」時，兩者皆可以使用。‼️

⚠️ 「背景動作」
時間長，有延續性，使用進行式。

🥟 When/ While Mimi was cleaning up her room, she found her wedding ring.

當蜜蜜打掃房間時，她找到了她的婚戒。

🥟 My phone rang when/ while I was telling stories to my friends.

我在講故事給我朋友聽的時候，我的手機響了。

🔮： tell a story : 講故事（通常是別人的）
🔮： share a story: 講故事(通常是自身發生的）

❶ before/ after 前後主詞相同時，去掉主詞，動詞改Ving

誤區： I took a shower after studied English for an hour.

誤區： I took a shower after I study English for an hour. ⚠️ 同學最容易選到這個答案⚠️

✅ I took a shower after studying English for an hour.

✅ I took a shower after I studied English for an hour.

在我讀了英文1小時後，我去洗澡。

 🍺Level two🍻

❷ before/ after 前後主詞不相同時，不能改為Ving

誤區：Nina cried after telling her the truth.

誤區：Nina cried after Gina telling her the truth.

⚠️ 同學最容易選到這個答案，特別是用語感學國中英文的人⚠️

✅ Nina cried after Gina told her the truth.

在吉納跟妮那說了真相後，妮那哭了。

⚠️ 這僅僅是國二上的英文，但就是會有這樣的心機，這就是為什麼，明明學校都有認真上，但是看到考卷，完全想不起來。

So here we go for another quarantine! I'm in HongKong to film a travel show for TLC, and must do a two weeks quarantine (3 weeks if you are not fully vaccinated). I've decided to use this time to get back in shape after putting on some weight during my trip back to France.
So I'm sharing with you my daily routine which helped me to lose around 4% body fat in two weeks, put me back in shape and helped me to feel good!

時隔一年，終於把影片剪輯完成~現在回想，只能讚嘆攝影師的巧手，讓我的照片超級好看！也因此接了更多的演講邀約和授課機會！當初我還想說等在瘦一點再去拍照，還好情勢所逼，硬著頭皮去拍照，也學到很多寶貴經驗。而2021年更加充滿挑戰，艾蛙自創品牌，很快又要去找攝影師了！自己擔任商品代言人是最有效率的！只能說攝影師堪稱魔術師，美化形象無可挑剔。雖然拍照費用不便宜，但是相當值得喔！非業配影片，請自在觀賞。

隨著社會發展，大眾對於個人形象越來越重視，尤其是金融、保險、教育、銷售、法律、行銷顧問等行業，一張優質的個人形象照既能為公司形象加分，又能增加好感度、拉近與人的距離。當你擁有個人IP就能夠增加彼此之間的信任感。

很多人的氣質很好，可是被拍照時顯得有些呆板和無聊。姿勢一樣、笑容類似、看上去都差不多的既視感。但是我認識的攝影師很不一樣，我們有做好事前溝通，從燈光和擺設，都是由當事人的角度出發，讓拍照照的過程充滿驚喜感，挖掘出自己不知道的模樣。所以，拍攝個人形象照必須要事先做功課，從服裝、首飾配件、鞋子的挑選都要符合自己的高標準。

這和團體拍攝的形象照不同，沒有千篇一律的SOP，不同的手勢、微微的站姿角度都能改變一個人的氣勢！透過攝影師的指導，可以突破自我，展現自信的樣貌，相當不可思議！特別感謝冠瑋還搞笑示範，讓我僵硬的身軀能表現得更加自然。挪出一個預算，預約好一個時段，細心的、投入的為自己留一個時間，拍攝出自己想要的樣子！

了解自己的本質，是攝影師與客戶的共通默契。不管用什麼方法，攝影師一定要確定了解你的特質，你想表達的形象是什麼。所以溝通非常重要！我想要的就是像演員劉濤一樣的風範，全身散發著優雅幹練的氣息！超級感謝貼心的造型師MIA 能幫我打造三種不同的妝容，並且給予服裝上的搭配建議，這對個人形象照是非常加分的！
