Dear Mr. Devin Heroux:「Nice to meet you!! I'm Yoko, 45 year-old housewife. I live in Tokyo. I hope you would not be offended to receive this letter from me. I found you on the internet, that article was your Twitter. I knew you love 7-11 very much!! I love, too!! At that same time, many journalists from all over the world are severely restricted the movement. I feel very sorry. Originally, I wanted you to enjoy Japan more. So, here is a little something for you as a souvenir. Do you know "100-yen shop"? You can buy most products for 100yen and find various kinds of items there. They're really popular for Japanese, you can find them just about anyplace. I found these items a few days ago. My son was very excited because these are bullet train. He is 4-year-old boy. I want you to try for your breathing time. Good luck in Japan and come again when covid-19 is over. I hope that this letter will reach you safely. From Yoko」

In this video I'll be showing you some BTS footage of a project we did on a luxury yacht.
We traveled for a full day inside the Osaka Peninsula and we had a blast talking with the captain. He was such a genuine guy, giving us lessons about life and the ocean. Traveling on a yacht has been a dream of mine and I will never forget this experience with him.

I'm based in Tokyo, doing freelance video work for both Japanese and international clients.
My interest for video grew when I first went backpacking on my own. In the beginning it was just for fun, but I slowly found myself loving to express through visuals.

In this #shorts I'll be breaking down the text message animations I used in my recent film.
Everything is done inside After Effects and the process is quite simple once you get the hang of it.

This time we visited one of the most mysterious islands you'll ever find in Japan. It is located in the central region of Japan, taking almost 3 hours from Osaka through countless mountains. But once you arrive, there awaits a breathtaking view that you'll never forget.
Thank you Thule for believing in my vision and making this project come to life.
