初訪問の家系ラーメン店、その名も…?! 神奈川県横浜市磯子区『カマリア大将』に伺ってきました。珍しい名前が気になりますが、こちらは家系ラーメンのお店です。名前と同様にメニューも個性的で、ワカメラーメンやキムチラーメンなど、見たことがあまりないようなオリジナルのトッピングも気になりますね。初訪問ということで楽しみに伺ってきましたので、早速ご覧ください！

I visited the iekei ramen shop for the first time, and its name is ...?! I visited "General Camaria" in Isogo-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. I'm curious about the unusual name, but this is a family ramen shop. Like the name, the menu is unique, and I'm curious about the original toppings such as wakame seaweed and kimchi ramen that you haven't seen much. ＊Iekei-ramen, is a style of ramen with fatty pork-soy-sauce flavored soup with thick flat noodles. The affiliated ramen houses originating from Yoshimura-ya Ramen in Yokohama! The famous and legendary ramen shop because of the perfect originaly ramen, made from pork born and soy sauce, until then no one made.

女ひとり、ラーメン二郎へ！東京都品川区北品川の『ラーメン二郎品川店』に伺いました。今回は「麺を半分」「野菜マシ」でお願いしています。ラーメン二郎ではトッピングの種類や量を自由にお願いすることができ、店員さんに伝えることを「コール」と呼びます。その方法について、今回はできるだけわかりやすいように説明を入れてみました。ハードルが高いと思われがちですが、自分でも入って注文して食べることができましたので、興味を持っていただいたりチャレンジしてみたいと思っていただければ嬉しいです。それでは早速動画、スタートです！

Somen is perfect refreshing food for hot and humid summer season :)

Sōmen (素麺) is very thin Japanese noodles made of wheat flour. The noodles are usually served cold in summer with a dashi flavored tasty dipping sauce called Mentsuyu (めんつゆ).

Kids requested me to make Edamame and Corn Nagashi Somen (Flowing Somen). Edamame and corn were pretty easy to catch and eat 😉 Kids enjoyed it very much 👍

Edamame Corn Flowing Somen Noodles Recipe

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15min

Ingredients:

frozen edamame and canned kernel corn are OK! (Fibers may get stuck in the machine, so you want to be careful.)

Dilute with water as instructed on its package.
((Somen Noodles))
Boil water in a large pot. Add dried Somen noodles in boiling water and gently stir noodles with chopsticks. Cook Somen noodles according to your package (mine was 2 min). Drain the noodles in a strainer and rinse the noodles with hands under running water.

NOTE: You can put about 100g (usually 2 bundles) of Somen noodles in the machine or the noodles won't flow.

((Somen Dipping Sauce from scratch))
* 300ml Dashi broth (using packaged dashi powder saves time)
* 4 tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
* 4 tbsp. soy sauce
In a pot, bring Dashi broth, Mirin, and soy sauce to a boil. You can also microwave until it comes to a boil. Cool in the fridge until ready to serve.
