【马尔代夫之旅】 COMO Cocoa Island, Maldives
hey guys! Sorry to keep y’all waiting so here it is, as expected, new Vlog! After many years of traveling, we had yet to set foot in what is, for many people, the ultimate island paradise, Cocoa Island, Maldives!
“Someday we are so going to Maldives” – for years, we had been saying the same thing over and over again, – too busy, too costly, it’s not the right time, and it goes on you name it. If not now, then when? So we booked our flight a week before, even though it was a last minute decision to finally make up our mind, but it was awesome. We had to take a 45 mins+- speedboat to Cocoa island from MALE airport, when we arrived the beautiful beach full of stars (late night trip) we truly understood why it was often called the “tropical paradise”, they look like they’ve been taken out of fairy tales. We spent our 5D4N in the “dhoni” style boat design suite, It comes with a huge and comfortable Balinese day-bed, large bathroom with warm sunlight, the private terrace allows us to steps straight into the lagoon, and they even have smooth WIFI access all over the island (even far away at the beachside) which allows us to live-cam with our friends and family!
Their food is beyond great, super friendly staffs, we had the magical candlelit dinner close to the water’s edge and surrounded by pretty lanterns to celebrate our 7th year’s anniversary and our dedicated waiter surprised us with a special anniversary cake. Thank you for all the beautiful memories, we truly had a warmhearted experience with y’all - Cocoa Island, Maldives. 充滿夏日風情的渡假小島蛋糕 — 想像一下在一個無人的渡假小島上，躺在棕櫚樹下聆聽海浪的聲音... 聽起來很誘人吧？
今天的食譜，讓你即使無法置身在這樣的渡假天堂，但至少在視覺上和口味上讓你更接近了！因為，我們烘焙了這個不平凡的夏日風情蛋糕，用藍色的大海巧克力醬包圍著一個無人的小島蛋糕，上面有著巧克力棒和薄荷葉做成了棕櫚樹。這就是美麗渡假小島的好味道。

所需材料：
蛋糕部份：
320 g 麵粉
2 茶匙泡打粉
1 茶匙小蘇打
1 撮鹽
60 g 室溫奶油 用於麵糊
60 g 油
100 g 糖
70 g 紅糖
2 茶匙檸檬汁
2 顆蛋
230 ml 牛奶
60-80 g 室溫奶油 用於混合蛋糕
大海白巧克力果凍醬：
75 ml 水
175 g 糖
200 g 白巧克力
45 ml 鮮奶油
3 湯匙果糖
6-8 張吉利丁片
藍色食用色素，最好是凝膠狀，可以維持稠度
裝飾部份：
巧克力餅乾棒
新鮮薄荷葉
融化的全脂巧克力
切碎的開心果
作法：
1. 將麵粉、泡打粉、小蘇打粉和鹽混合在一個大碗中。在另一個碗中，將奶油、油、糖、紅糖和檸檬汁攪拌，直到變得光滑細緻後，打入雞蛋攪拌均勻。在裝著粉類的大碗中加入牛奶混合好，並將所有材料混合，攪拌成均勻的麵糊。將麵糊倒入一個抺好油和撒上麵粉的圓形彈簧模具中，放入上下火200°C的烤箱中烤35分鐘，直到變成金黃色。等蛋糕完全冷卻後，再將它從模具中取出。
2. 將蛋糕上層切開。
3. 用大碗蓋住蛋糕上層後，切除邊緣部份。
4. 用吸管在蛋糕上層扎一圈洞。
5. 用之前的大碗在蛋糕上切一圈，然後挖出蛋糕內部。
6. 將挖出來的蛋糕和放軟的奶油混合均勻，然後用刀子將它抺在蛋糕上。再將蛋糕放入冰箱中冰30分鐘，以使塗層凝固。
7. 等待同時，來準備大海白巧克力果凍醬。首先將吉利丁泡在冷水中軟化。將水加糖煮開，在理想情況下，溫度應為103°C，以便讓吉利丁有最佳的光澤。達到溫度後，立即將鍋子從火爐上取下，再用打蛋器將白巧克力攪拌在熱糖水中。然後加入果糖和鮮奶油混合，現在應該有乳狀的濃稠度。等它冷卻至60℃，就將吉利丁擠出水份後，加入白巧克力將中溶解。然後將巧克力將打成泥，但要注意不要將空氣混進去，以免產生氣泡。變成泥時，用食用色素上色。填充蛋糕之前，大海白巧克力果凍醬的溫度應為28-30°C。
小秘訣：如果測量溫度對你來說太複雜了，你也可以按照影片所示來混合巧克力醬。如此，做出來的結果在視覺上會是美麗的，但並不是完美的。
然後將蛋糕放在一個烤盤或深盤子上。用彈簧模具的邊緣固定住蛋糕。
8. 將大海白巧克力果凍醬裝倒入蛋糕的凹糟中，約至 3/4 滿。
9. 將上層蛋糕放到大海白巧克力果凍醬上，然後慢慢往下壓，讓巧克力醬從洞裡流出來。直到變成一個藍色大海中小島的樣子。
10. 等大海白巧克力果凍醬凝固後，小心地把彈簧模具取下來。再用碎開心果、巧克力餅乾棒和薄荷葉來裝飾小島。

马尔代夫！旅行了那么久，终于都有机会来到传闻中的梦想宝岛 - 马尔代夫啦！Cocoa Island！
“总有一天我们一定会去马尔代夫旅游！”这句话这些年一直在我们心中，不是没时间，就是太贵。想着想着，如果现在不去，那要等几时？这次，就直接订机票飞了！虽然超级突然，但这趟旅行种下的回忆太值得了！
从 MALE 机场乘快艇 大约 45 分钟就可以到达马尔代夫 Cocoa Island 啦！当我们登入岛的那一刻，看着深蓝色夜空（因为是晚间）和满满明亮的星空，顿时明白了为何马尔代夫会誉为天堂之岛了。真的是太感动太美丽了！根本就好像童话里的情节！
我们住在 “Dhoni” 式的套房，里边有很宽阔巴厘式的床，超舒服超阔的浴室！还有暖暖阳光窗口折射，私人阳台的阶梯和海洋连接在一起，可以直接下海游泳！一打开门就会看见整大片蓝蓝的海洋，白白的天空和轻轻的海风吹来。最厉害的是不管走到岛上的那一个角落，都！可！以！链！接！到！ WIFI！
在这里的食物更加是好吃的没话说，据说都是一流的厨师精心准备的。员工也非常非常的友善！相处下来会让我们觉得像好朋友的感觉！得知我们是庆祝在一起的七周年，他们还特别为我们准备了沙滩上的烛光晚餐，和特调蛋糕！被暖的烛光包围着，上面全是满满的星空。马尔代夫 Cocoa Island真的是太棒太棒了！
