CookingLulu教過大家煮松露忌廉蘑菇湯,今次教大家用黑松露菌醬做一道中式菜-黑松露菌醬炒帆立貝蜜糖豆,無睇錯無聽錯,真係用黑松露菌醬做中菜,其實松露配中餐都好適合架,唔好再話好少煮西餐,喺松露醬唔知點用得哂,晚餐好多時都煮中餐嘞呱😏
黑松露菌醬炒帆立貝蜜糖豆食譜
材料
北海道帆立貝150g
蜜糖豆 1包
糖 5g
鹽 2g
蠔油 20g
La Rustichella 黑松露菌醬 10g
蒜蓉少許
1.首先將帆立貝印乾,蜜糖豆拖一拖水。
2. 煮滾油落帶子煎香。
3. 洗乾淨鑊,再落油,加入蒜頭炒香。
4. 聞到蒜香,放蜜糖豆炒。
5. 炒大約30秒,開始調味放入鹽、糖、蠔油繼續炒。
6. 最後交加入帆立貝和黑松露菌醬快炒10秒。
7. 上碟後可加少少黑松露菌醬在帆立貝上。

Black Truffle Pate 黑松露菌醬
炒滑蛋嘅秘訣,我覺得日本蛋真心好味d, 加啲鹽加啲油,然後我最愛就係加埋牛奶 (有啲朋友鍾意用忌廉),簡單攪勻唔使過度打發,大火冷鍋冷油燒熱,落雞蛋炒幾秒,熄火用餘溫嚟炒到你鍾意嘅生熟程度就OK了。然後一大匙嘅黑松露醬係上面(完全唔使手軟),又簡單又好味🐱
💫 白松露雜菌香蒜意粉 配
White Truffle Oil 白松露菌味橄欖油
落橄欖油燒熱平底鑊,爆香蒜片同埋辣椒絲,落菇片炒到差唔多冇水就落意粉。我饡咗白酒(大家可以用雞湯),落埋鹽同胡椒粉,炒到乾身就可以上碟,然後再滴少少松露油上去,白松露箇中獨特嘅濃郁香味就會瞬間散發🤤我就鍾意食素啲,即使冇肉但係都好好味㗎。
