The dings you hear at the beginning and choruses of #SoundofSilence are my tuning forks! Only only heard at some parts of the song, that day I did record a full protocol for healing insomnia and my co-writer and producer had the insane task of mixing in the forks at A=432hz into pop music, where A=440hz. It’s been such a fun journey to blend sound healing with pop!

#音頻治療 道具 🤍 之前因為太忙音樂劇和籌備新歌就停了幫人做音頻治療private sessions一陣子。最近開始返，又突然連續做了好幾個，讓我重新感受到呢個副業令我幾咁enjoy同埋開心。越大越發現把注意力放在別人的身上去工作也是一種治療。
雖然我主要做 #音叉治療 ，但療程裡都會用到很多其他工具！
sacred sound healing tools 🙌🏼 i stopped doing private sessions for a while due to work overload in my alter ego singersongwriter life 🤣 but starting again has made me remember how much I enjoy this meaningful work. getting older, I’ve realised that putting the focus on others for work is healing in itself.
although I focus on Tuning Forks therapy, lots of different instruments are used in one session!

再次透過水看到音頻的治癒效果。音叉震動時，波紋會被改變成完美規範的pattern。之前有分享音叉用的音階跟流行音樂不一樣頻率，音叉的音階是根據大自然裡自然找到的頻率來設定的。所以跟水是和諧的，能有漂亮的共鳴。當我們聽這些音叉的時候，其中一個治療效果是心身的頻率能越來越靠近大自然的頻率和共鳴，從而得到放鬆和安慰。

Through water, we can see the healing effects of the Tuning Forks frequencies. The ripples become harmonious perfect circular patterns. I’ve shared before how Tuning Forks don’t use the same scale as pop music, their scale is one created based on the frequencies found in Nature. So their frequencies resonate beautifully with water.
