I've been tweaking my recipes lately and I found out that using Carnation Evaporated Creamer gives my dish the smooth, creamy and more aromatic sauce, my Butter Chicken is creamy and easy to make right at home with Carnation products. And it’s my family’s absolute favourite dish especially during CNY period!
Follow the recipe to create your own at home
Ingredients:
Chicken, cut into small pieces
Corn flour
Cooking oil
Ingredients: gravy
50g Butter
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2 Curry leaves
2 Thinly sliced chili
200 ml Carnation Evaporated Creamer
200 ml Water
½ tsp Salt & pepper
Method
1.Marinate the chicken with salt & pepper. Add in corn flour and mix well.
2.Heat the cooking oil. Deep fry the chicken until golden.
3.In a pan, melt the butter.
4.Fry the garlic, bird’s eye chili and curry leaves until fragrant.
5.Pour in Carnation Evaporated Creamer and water.
6.Add in fried chicken. Mix well.
7.Ready to serve.

Australian Wagyu Flat Iron, Champignons, Anchovy Butter🥩 本餐廳名物，果然好食得瘋了!😍 煎得嫩嫩的澳洲和牛，配上蘑菇和anchovy牛油。惹味得令人喪失理智，只想繼續一口一口的食落去🤤
另外還叫了Pan-fried Brussel Sprouts, Honey Mustard, Pancetta🥓和Wild Boar Ragu Pappardelle🍝 都好好食！尤其brussel sprouts令人耳目一新：除了配上煙肉，方形的半透明狀物體原來是芝士！整個配搭無懈可擊🤩
An early Christmas dinner at @121bchongkong. Everything was delicious, and here I am craving for that succulent steak again🤤 Location is a little hidden; we actually had to call them to ask for directions before successfully finding the entrance😂 Love how the interior reminded me of a classic Italian tavern/enoteca.

Also ordered the Pan-fried Brussel Sprouts, Honey Mustard, Pancetta🥓 & Pappardelle, Wild Boar Ragu, Kale, Pecorino🍝 The brussel sprouts deserve a shout out because it was delicious beyond comprehension too. The translucent little cubes are actually cheese, which helps add just the right amount of pungency to the dish😍

Jason and I have spent so many of our lunch breaks eating in our car when we are on the go during this pandemic (that doesn’t seem to wanna go away)…
Delivery menus/take outs are the latest trend in the dining scene… a lot of restaurants tweaking their menus and their recipes so it will taste just as good for take aways or home delivery. Obviously where you enjoy the meal matters a lot too...
We will be covering (as much as we can) all the on-the-go meals that we enjoy (or not) for you guys…

Ok I know it took me 1000000 years to finally upload this but life has been really crazy for the past month ?
Some notes: I do this on dry hair! Not damp or wet. Also, you can tie a scarf around your head if you're scared it'll move while you're sleeping but I would only recommend this if absolutely necessary; it does reduce volume and I like big waves ?
How are you all holding up? I think I'd be fine if I could go to the gym but staying inside my apartment all day is making me feel really sluggish ? I hope you're all staying safe and healthy though!
Recently, I've been baking to relieve stress but it's actually becoming a problem ? my fridge is full of waffles, mochi, banana bread, and probably apple cobbler by tomorrow if I'm feeling sad enough lol...and I can't even give any of these to my friends anymore bc nobody's leaving the house!! I really am gonna be rolling out of quarantine huh ?
