材料:
海黃釘1條
薑1舊
蔥1條
處理:
1. 魚,打鱗,清除內臟,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 薑,去皮,切絲。
3. 蔥,用叉子切絲。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 重量1斤的魚,蒸10~12分鐘。
重量1斤半的魚,蒸14分鐘以上。
3. 魚已蒸了14分鐘,倒去碟中的水分。
4. 大火燒熱油2湯匙。
5. 放蔥絲在魚身上。
6. 熱油灒在魚身上。
7. 在魚兩旁加入少許生抽。
8. 完成,可享用。

Banded grouper 1 No.
Ginger 1 No.
Green onion 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Fish, get it scaled. Remove the intestines. Rinse thoroughly. Hang dry.
2.Ginger, get it shredded.
3. Green onion, shred by a fork
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Fish over 1 catty, steam 10~12 minutes.
Fish over 1.5 catty, steam 14 minutes or more.
3. Fish has been steamed for 14 minutes, pour away water in plate.
4. Heat up oil 2 tbsp at high flame.
5. Put green onion on top of fish.
6. Pour hot oil on fish.
7. Pour little light soya sauce on both sides of fish.
8. Complete. Serve.
