但當天下大雨，懶得跑太遠，繼續挖掘台中美食囉！😁
Spacial "Shaanxi" style veg restaurant- "Chuan-Shn-Yuan(傳祥園)". They served Sliced noodles, Orecchiette and Steam dumpling. Also available for vegan!
這次去吃傅祥園素食麵館
這家特別在於它的山西麵食～～有刀削麵和貓耳朵喔！✌🏻
我點了大魯刀削麵和木需炒貓耳朵
本來以為大滷麵會是那種油膩膩重口味的白菜湯頭
（不知道為什麼、下雨天我都會想吃重口味的☺️☺️☺️）
不過口味其實很清爽呢！而且蔬菜和菇類很多，超豐富的
刀削麵本身滑溜又有彈性，真是好吃👍🏻👍🏻
貓耳朵是那種很古早味的炒醬油味，
一顆一顆的口感很好，
我第一次吃，好喜歡～～❤️
再來不得不提蒸餃，
每個蒸餃都快比湯匙還大顆～～！！
而且內線也是滿滿的高麗菜和粉絲，鮮美的滋味，
令人滿足呀～～

Celebrate Father's Day in advance at "Brother Su" - a vegan restaurant in 中和, taipei. Their noodle soup, dumpling and stinky tofu are so delicious. The vegan chocolate cake is ordered from angela vegan bakery.

Delicious gyoza at Senjo Handmade Gyoza in Tokyo (aka Washi Handmade Dumpling Shop). Gyoza restaurant in Ikebukuro with meat, vegetarian and vegan options.

Vegetarian gyoza are difficult to find in Japan. Most contain minced meat, so Senjo Handmade Gyoza is a rare find! It's a tiny restaurant with just 6 seats, and the owner is so friendly. She made the gyoza from scratch for us, with a selection of flavours of her recommendation. They're Taiwanese dumplings - larger than Japanese gyoza, and there's a large choice of meat and vegan/veggie options. I really enjoyed it!
