【純素拉麵－豆禪 Vegan Ramen TowZen 】
出發京都前，已聽說過這間了，連非純素者也極力推薦，甚至說比 #一蘭拉麵 出色好多倍！這讓我期待了超久超久的！
這裡的麵和湯要分開點，我選了綠澡味(Chlorella)和麻炭味(Hemp Charcoal)濃湯，麵還可以選無麩質(Gluten-Free)呢，超貼心！綠澡拉麵含有豐富B12(誰說B12一定要靠吃動物🤔)，吃上去有點像抹茶，由於湯底全用上「無調整豆乳」作為主材料，所以很放心整碗給喝光！
再來，點了一個烤茄子壽司，上面淋了些日式燒汁，一大口咬下去，綿綿的，非常惹味，好吃得不得了啊！！可能因為他們只專注做一款籌司，所以做得真的真的特別好！必點啊！
最後其實真有點飽，可是還是再點了一個小旦糕和雪糕，都是無蛋無奶的呢！雪糕又選了綠澡口味（吸收B12嘛），非常好吃，早知道點個大一點的雪糕！！
整體來說，很喜歡豆禪，餐點選項不是很多，但每一樣都真的非常利害，而且環境很舒適，在大門口進去時還要經過一個像小森林的小走廊，讓你先緩和一下興奮的心情！在店外我還遇到兩個外國純素食者（他們下一站要來香港喔），他們說豆禪是最好的純素拉麵店！

When I start planning the trip to Kyoto, I have heard of this vegan ramen restaurant quite a few times. Even non-vegans are highly recommended, and even say that it is much better than #ICHIRAN! I was really looking forward to this restaurant!
You need to choose the ramen and soup separately. I chose the Chlorella and Hemp Charcoal soups with Gluten-Free ramen. The Chlorella ramen is rich in B12 (who said B12 must rely on eating animals🤔), and it tastes a bit like matcha. Because the soup base uses "no adjustment soy milk" as the main ingredient, it is very safe to drink the whole bowl!
Then, I ordered a grilled eggplant sushi, topped with some Japanese-style gravy, OMG, It was very rich in taste and delicious! ! Maybe because they only focus on one kind of sushi, that's why they put their full effort to make it the best sushi!!
In the end, I was actually a bit full, but I still ordered a small cake and ice cream, all without eggs and milk! I chose Chlorella flavor for the ice cream again (absorb B12), it is very delicious, I should order the big one!
To be concluded, I like Two Zen very much. There are not many meal options, but each one is really really good, and the environment is very comfortable. You have to go through a small corridor like a small forest to let you calm down your excitement first before entering the restaurant. I also met two foreign vegans (their next stop is Hong Kong) outside the restaurant, they said that Two Zen is the best vegan ramen restaurant!

I love all the desserts which are in red velvet !
The version traditional of a red velvet cake or cookie needs some special ingredients. But actually we can make it with the ingredients more simple !
And also, normally, red velvet combine with cream cheese. As a matchaholic, I made my red velvet cookies with matcha cream cheese !
