香港的純素朋友對於「The Veg Lab」這家旦糕店應該不陌生吧？！這家的訂單很早就滿！這次終於有機會訂到了！網站上面整齊地列出了各式各樣的旦糕，每一款都非常吸引，而且不含雞蛋、牛奶、牛油和動物成份，適合對蛋奶過敏及純素食者食用喔～
我最後選了「純素豆腐忌廉士多啤梨蛋糕 」，所有人都表示驚嘆，賣相好看是必定的，味道不會太甜膩，剛剛好，自家做的豆腐忌廉，入口即溶，現在想到就想再吃了！

Hong Kong's vegan friends should be familiar with the vegan cake brand - "The Veg Lab" ! Their order is always full! This time I finally got a chance to order one! The website has a neat list of all kinds of cakes, all of them look very attractive and without eggs, milk, butter and animal ingredients. It is suitable for someone who's allergies to egg milk.
I finally chose "Vegan Tofu Cream Strawberry Cake". Everyone were amazed. The taste won't be too sweet. The homemade tofu cream was sooooo great, it melted immediately in the mouth. Wanna have it NOW!
