被美國制裁人士禁用物品及服務清單

受制裁的香港官員除了林鄭月娥、鄭若驊和鄧炳強，還包括保安局長李家超、政制及內地事務局長曾國衞、維護國家安全委員會秘書長陳國基和盧偉聰。中共官員則有中聯辦主任駱惠寧、港澳辦主任夏寶龍、副主任張曉明和國安公署署長鄭雁雄。名單還公開了他們的身份證號碼、護照號碼及地址。

美國財政部指，林鄭月娥直接執行北京政策打壓香港自由和民主進程，如去年推動修訂《逃犯條例》觸發大規模示威，又有份參與訂立和執行港版國安法。財長姆欽表示，美國將與香港人站在一起，以工具和權力針對損害香港自治的人。

制裁令下，如任何在美國或受美國人控制的資產有50%產權直接或間接由這些人員持有，就會被封鎖，並必須向外國資產控制辦公室（OFAC）申報。OFAC一般禁止美國人或任何在美國內的人與他們進行涉及資產的交易，阻止他們提供或取得資金、貨品和服務。
