横浜にある『家系ラーメン総本山吉村家』の創始者であり「ラーメン界のレジェンド」とも言われる吉村実氏の許しを直接得た直系店。【北陸の虎】の異名を持つ。昨今の家系ブームに乗って多くの家系ラーメン店が乱立するなか【総本山直系店】を名乗れるのは全国に10店舗(吉村家を含む)しかなく、富山県内のみならず週末になると近県や遠く関東からもその味を求める人が訪れる人気店である。

・ About "Hajimeya" A direct line shop that directly obtained the permission of Mr. Minoru Yoshimura, the founder of "Yoshimuraya, the head of iekei ramen" in Yokohama and also known as "the legend of the ramen world". Has the nickname of [Hokuriku Tiger]. While many Iekei ramen shops are crowded due to the recent boom in Iekei, there are only 10 shops (including Yoshimuraya) nationwide that can call themselves [Sohonzan direct line shops], and not only in Toyama prefecture but also in nearby prefectures and far away on weekends. It is a popular restaurant that is visited by people from the Kanto region who are looking for that taste.
