其實英文關於煮蛋方式的詞彙有很多:
• 太陽蛋 sunny side up
• 炒蛋 scrambled
• 白煮蛋 hard boiled
• 溏心蛋 soft boiled
• 水煮嫩蛋 poached
• 雙面煎的半生荷包蛋 over easy(over 即是反蛋的動作,而easy則是生熟程度的描述,要再熟一點的便是 over medium,而更熟的則是over hard)
所以當你到餐廳點早餐的時候,如果有人問你How do you like your eggs? 你便可以用上「I’d like to have my eggs + 以上煮蛋方式」;又或者「I like them + 以上煮蛋方式」來點餐,例如:I’d like to have my eggs scrambled.
最後與大家分享一句關於雞蛋的諺語:to have egg on one’s face。試想像當你用過早餐後有一點「蛋漿」留在臉上,最自然的反應當然是覺得尷尬。
所以,to have egg on one’s face的意思便是指你做了一些令自己尷尬的事情,
例如:I mistook a customer for the waiter and now I have egg on my face.
(我竟然把顧客誤當作爲侍應,真是尷尬)。

坎昆 Cancún│不必煩惱吃什麼。每天只提供一款午市套餐
這家可以說是我在坎昆的個人最愛 - Gopals。有點難發現它的存左,一不小心就會走過頭。店面很小,有戶外座位,還有賣一些素材。
每天午餐只提供一款素食套餐,沒有選擇,也沒有餐單,店員英文也還好。所以抱著賭一睹的心態進去了。套餐包括前菜、湯品、主食和飲料,才MXN 85 (HKD 28),超級便宜!這天我們的主食來了一個超像牛肉的素食,微辣,配飯剛好。真的是很像,口感又嫩,一吃難忘。
晚餐他們只提供不同餡料的taco (MXN 15),但由於我太懷念那「牛肉」,一直試著跟服務生要求給我「牛肉餡料」,可是我又不知道它的正確名稱,比手畫腳一輪後,主廚端出一個taco。一口咬下,對了,就是它!這是它的名稱:vejetal garvansos con desebrada con jitomate (不知道為什麼要這麼長 😅),記下來了 😆😆

This is my personal favorite in Cancun - Gopals. It's a little difficult to discover it, you will pass it easily if you are not paying attention. The storefront is small, with outdoor seating and selling some veg products.
Only one vegetarian set meal is provided for lunch every day. There is no choice, no menu, and the English of the staff is not so good. So we went in and see if we have any luck. The set menu includes appetizers, soups, main and drinks, only MXN 85 (HKD 28), super cheap! On this day our main was a beef-like vegan meal, slightly spicy, and served with rice. It's really taste like real beef, the taste is tender and unforgettable.
For dinner, they only provide taco with different fillings, but since I miss the "beef" too much, I have always tried to ask the waiter to give me "beef filling", but I don’t know the correct name of it, after I tried very hard with my body languages. The chef finally brought out a taco. I took a bite, yes, that's it! This is its name: vejetal garvansos con desebrada con jitomate (don’t know why it is so long 😅), jot it down! 😆😆

首爾遊的最後一個post, 決定以 @jungsik_inc 收尾😌 好多人都說這裡好食, 所以決定這次旅行必須來陶醉只此一次的fine dining奢侈餐🙈
這其實是Oppa到著後的第一頓飯。 因為航班深夜才抵達仁川, 第二天起床, 就馬上跟朋友來食飯了。 只能說, 這餐飯為這次首爾遊作出了完美的開場😍
食頭盤前有5款細膩小食, 全部都含有韓式元素!🇰🇷 頭盤(沒有圖)是濟州種植的蘆筍🌿 本地產蔬菜果然與別不同!
第二道菜, 我們就加了10000won點了海膽拌飯。 絕對值得! 飯粒混了海苔油, 超好味❤ 主菜要選擇海洋或者陸地。 我們都挑選了陸地, 黑毛豬🐷 嫩滑多汁, 出色!
最後, 甜品就是它們最有名的石頭人🗿 餐單會隨著季節變動, 但這道鎮店之寶永遠都刻在餐牌上! 當中亦是加入了韓國料理元素, 例如紅豆和濟州牛奶雪糕等🤤
因為這是Oppa第一次在韓國食fine dining, 覺得特別新奇。 友善專業的waiter為我們送上每一道菜的時候都會細心講解。 我聽完以後, 望着我朋友說, 我大概只聽懂了7成😳 (因為我朋友是韓國人, 所以waiter用了韓文解釋菜式。 但他們絕對能講流利英文!) 我朋友卻笑言, 原來他都只聽懂8成😂 大概是waiter語速太快, 還用了太多深奧的烹飪用語吧!
Ending my series of #Seoul food posts with a bang💥 Went here for lunch the day after I landed (aka, my first meal this trip), and oh man, it was the perfect feast to kick-start my vacation🇰🇷
I was determined to visit #정식당, so I immediately settled on this restaurant as my only extravagant, fine dining meal this trip✈
Before our 4-courses, we were presented with this beautiful arrangement of canapes😍 They were all delicate and delicious. The way they managed to add a Korean twist to each item completely blew my mind!
Then we were served Jeju-grown asparagus as an appetizer (not pictured), followed by a stellar Sea Urchin Bibimbap🍚 The rice was mixed with seaweed oil for an extra fragrant punch. We had to give an extra 10,000won for this but was TOTALLY worth😋
Had to choose btwn Land or Sea for our main course, and we went for the Iberico Pork with broccolini (Land) option🐷 Tender and cooked to perfection! And last but not least, dessert❤ The DulHarubang (stone statue) here is famous, and it did not disappoint👍 It was fun to eat and also incorporated Asian touches to it (e.g. Red Bean, Jeju milk ice cream).
An incredible experience. It was also my first time being asked whether I want sparkling or still water in Korean😂 Love it! @ 청담동 정식당
