Sesiapa yang suka makan Yee Mee atau Hot Plate, mesti suka menu sahur Rhys ni. Tapi mula-mula sekali Rhys kita kena masak Wanton baru masak kuah Yee Mee. Semua lebih mudah dan cepat bila ada sos dari Aya Real Food.
Bahan-bahan:-
✅ Seafood Cookout Sos
✅ Udang
✅ Daun Bawang
✅ Bawang Putih
✅ Lada Putih
✅ Kulit Wanton
✅ Kicap Manis
✅ Minyak Bijan
✅ Yee Mee
✅ Telur
Cara-caranya membuat Shrimp Wanton:-
Potong halus daun bawang dan bawang putih. Ambil udang yang telah bersih dan dibuang kulit. Cincang daging udang sehingga hancur.
Campurkan udang bersama daun bawang dan bawang putih. Gaul bersama minyak bijan, kicap manis dan sedikit lada putih. Masukkan sedikit sos seafood cookout untuk penambah rasa.
Pastikan tangan kering semasa membalut wanton. Ambil satu sudu kecil campuran udang tadi dan letak ditengah-tengah kulit wanton. Letak sedikit air di keliling kulit wanton dan lipat dua.
Rebuskan air sehingga mendidih. Kemudian masukkan dalam 4-5 biji wanton ke dalam air rebusan. Tunggu dalam 2 minit atau sehingga kulit wanton bertukar warna.
Cara-caranya membuat Seafood Cookout Yee Mee:-
Masukkan 1 paket sos Seafood Cookout dan campurkan dengan sedikit air. Bila kuah dah mendidih, masukkan telur dan kacau sebati.
Tuangkan kuah kedalam mangkuk Yee Mee. Hidangkan bersama wanton dan daun bawang.

To Make The Pickle
✅ 3 biji chili hijau dihiris (3 green chilies sliced)
✅ 1/2 cawan air (1/2 cup water)
✅ 1/2 cawan cuka (1/2 cup vinegar)
✅ 1 sudu besar gula (1 tbls sugar)
✅ 1 sudu kecil garam (1 tsp salt)
To Make The Soy Sauce ✅ 3 sudu besar kicap pekat (3 tbls thick caramel soy sauce)
✅ 2 sudu besar kicap cair (2 tbls light soy sauce)
✅ 3 sudu minyak /minyak selapas goreng bawang ( 3 tbls vegetable oil or shallot oil)
✅ 1 sudu kesil gula (1 tsp sugar)
✅ sedikit lada putih dan garam (some white pepper and salt)
For The Mee
✅ 1 periuk air panas (a pot of boiling water)
✅ wanton mee segar (fresh wanton mee)
✅ sedikit sayur bak choi ( some chinese vegetables)
✅ Sedikit ayam/ telur/cendawan shitake direbus dalam air panas (some left over chicken/ poached egg or dried shitake mushroom cooked in some hot water until soft)
