容易中暑的體質
夏天驕陽似火,曬一曬就大汗淋漓,有些人更見頭暈眼花、胸悶噁心、呼吸困難,瀕臨中暑邊緣!當身體機能未能有效調節體溫便會中暑,為甚麼有些人特別容易中暑呢?中醫理論認為以下三類體質人士要當心:
🤒 熱性體質
體質性偏熱人士常見眼乾目赤、口乾、尿少色偏黃、大便偏乾易便秘等症狀,體熱再加上暑熱就熱上加熱,增加中暑風險。
宜:清熱消暑,適量食用西瓜、哈密瓜、冬瓜、苦瓜等,適量飲用消暑茶療。
🤒 體虛人士
天氣炎熱,流汗增多會增加心肺負擔,氣虛與陰虛體質人士本身容易出現「自汗」(靜止時出汗)及「盜汗」(睡眠出汗,睡醒汗止),流汗過多會耗損心氣,受熱後更容易感到疲倦不適。
宜:氣虛人士宜補氣固表,適量食用北芪、黨參、太子參等食材;陰虛人士宜養陰,適量食用雪耳、花旗參、蜂蜜等食材。
🤒 濕重人士
濕度高天氣令人感覺更加熱,體內濕重人士情況一樣,他們的汗液較黏,脾虛以致無法把水份順利排出體外,有礙身體散熱,自然較易中暑。
宜:健脾祛濕,每日飲用米水,適量食用薏米、白扁豆、赤小豆等食材。

Which body constitutions are prone to heatstroke?
The scorching sun during summer causes us to sweat buckets, and some might experience dizziness, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, and even heatstroke! When the body fails to regulate the temperature in time, we can get a heatstroke.
Why are certain people prone to heatstroke? According to the Chinese Medicine theories, individuals with these three body constitutions need to be more mindful of the overheating condition.
🤒 Individuals with heat in the body
These individuals always experience dry eyes and dry mouth. Their urine is often yellow in color, their stools are normally dry, and they have constipation problems. When individuals with a hot body constitution are exposed to the summer heat, it is almost like adding fuel to the fire. This would increase their chances of developing a heatstroke.
To do: clear the summer-heat by eating watermelon, honeydew, winter gourd, and bitter gourd. Drinking herbal tea can also help cool down the body.
🤒 Individuals with a weak body constitution
Excessive sweating during summer will increase the burden of the lungs. Qi-deficient and yin-deficient individuals tend to sweat even when they are inactive or sleeping. Sweating profusely can damage qi in the heart, and the heat can lead to fatique
To do: qi-deficient individuals should replenish qi and strengthen the body by consuming Astragalus root, Codonopsis root, and Pseudostellaria heterophylla root; yin-deficient individuals should nourish yin by consuming an appropriate amount of snow fungus, American ginseng, and honey.
🤒 Individuals with accumulated dampness in the body
The humid weather makes us feel warm, and the same goes for individuals with accumulated dampness in the body. Their sticky sweat and weak spleen inevitably cause fluid to stagnate in the body. This would limit their ability to dissipate heat from the body, hence, increasing their chances of becoming heatstroke victims.
To do: strengthen the spleen and dispel ampness from the body by drinking rice water daily and consuming coix seed, white hyacinth bean, and rice bean.

6 biji telur
1 cawan gula caster
1 sb ovelette
1¾ cawan tepung naik sendiri
¼ cawan susu segar
150g butter (cairkan baru timbang)
1 sk esen vanilla
BAHAN B
Pewarna ikut citarasa
Cara²nya ~
=========
Masukkan kesemua bahan A KECUALI butter ke dlm mixer & putarkan sehingga kembang & gebu guna high speed ~warna adunan hendaklah jadi putih gebu.
Kemudian baru masukkan butter yg dah dicairkan tadi (masukkan ketika butter masih suam supaya kek jadi gebu ).
Kacau sebatikan menggunakan senduk / spatula saja.
Setelah sebati bahagikan adunan kpd 2 bahagian.
Satu biarkan warna asal & satu lagi masukkan bahan B.
Sediakan loyang 8" @ 9" yg disapukan butter & lapiklah dengan baking paper.
Bolehlah mula melapis adunan tadi mengikut citarasa anda.
Setelah habis lorekkan atas kek dengan lidi jika suka.
Panaskan oven dulu 5 minit. Setkan suhu 150 ° C masa 50 ~ 1 jam.
Bakar menggunakan rak paling bawah ~ api atas & bawah.
Bila dah 45 minit bolehlah buka oven cucuk dengan lidi kek tadi~ samada dah masak ke belum.
Jika belum masak sambung lagi sehingga cukup 1 jam ~ boleh kurangkan suhu ke 130 ° C jika atas kek dah agak gelap.
Setelah masak sejukkan atas redai & potonglah ikut suka hati....siap & selamat mencuba 😋.

紙パック1本分
材料:
クリームチーズ(室温に戻す) 300g
生クリーム(室温に戻す) 200ml
ホワイトチョコレート(刻む) 100g
溶き卵(室温に戻す) 2個
砂糖 30g
レモン汁 大さじ1/2
バニラエッセンス 適量
粉砂糖 適量
作り方:
1.オーブンは170℃に予熱しておく。
2.紙パックは一面だけ切り、上部をホチキスで止めてパウンド型にする。全体をアルミホイルで覆って、中にクッキングシートを敷いておく。
3.鍋に生クリームを入れて沸騰直前まで温める。火を止めてホワイトチョコレートを加え、なめらかになるまで混ぜる。
4.ボウルにクリームチーズを入れてクリーム状になるまで練り、砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる。
5.溶き卵を加えて泡立て器で混ぜ、(3)を3回に分けて加え、その都度よく混ぜる。
6.レモン汁、バニラエッセンスを加えて混ぜ合わせる。
7.型に(6)を流し入れ、一回り大きいバットに入れてお湯を型の1/3の高さまで注ぐ。天板にのせ170℃のオーブンで60分焼く。(途中で焼き色が付いてきたら、アルミホイルを被せる。)
8.焼き上がったら常温まで冷まし、紙パックのまま冷蔵庫で一晩冷やす。
9.粉砂糖を振りかけ、好みの大きさに切り分けたら、完成!

まんまるのモンスターボールパン作りました。
中にポケモンは・・・いません。
* Recipe *
Knead bread dough .
1.Mix roughly 95g bread flour , 2g dry yeast , and 5g skim milk .
2.Put in teaspoons 1/4 (1g) salt. Add 10g sugar into the place away from salt.
3.Pour 65g water on sugar , and knead.
4.After you make it one unit, put 10g unsalted butter that was returned to room temperature, and knead further.
5.After kneading up smoothly, divide into a half , and color one by a red edible food color.
6.Round it and turn down the seam . Put into the bowl which coated with vegetable oil lightly. Wrap it , and carry out primary fermentation for 50 minutes at a warm place.
Make cookie dough.
7.Put 20g sugar in 15g unsalted butter that was returned to room temperature, and mix until it is whitish.
8.Add 10g egg in 2 steps , and mix.
9.Put in teaspoons 1/2 (3g) milk and mix.
10.Sift 40g cake flour and teaspoon 2(5g) black cocoa powder , and put in.
11.Mix it lightly.Make it a bundle. Wrap and make it rest in a refrigerator .
12.Prepare the bread dough (6) which finished primary fermentation.
White Dough:
Make two chunks of 5g. Make the remainder two division into equal parts.
Red Dough:
Make it two division into equal parts.
Round it carrying out degassing.
Take 15 minutes bench time over a wet washcloth that you squeezed firmly.
13.Combine white dough and red .
14.Stretch (11) to a thickness of 5 mm , and cut into 5 mm wide.
15.Put (14) on 13.

クッキー生地を作ります。
7.室温に戻した 無塩バター15gに砂糖20gを入れ、
白っぽくなるまで混ぜる。
8.卵10gを2回に分けて加え混ぜる。
9.牛乳 小さじ1/2(3g)も入れ、混ぜる。
10.薄力粉40g、ブラックココアパウダー5g(小さじ2)を
ふるい入れる。
11.サックリと混ぜ、ひとまとまりにして、
ラップに包んで冷蔵庫で休ませておく。
12.一次発酵の終わった6のパン生地を
白生地は5gを2個、それ以外を2等分に。
赤生地は2等分にしガス抜きしながら丸め、
固く絞った濡れフキンを掛け15分ベンチタイムをとる。
13.白と赤生地を綴じ合わせる。
14.11を5ミリの厚さに伸ばし、5ミリ幅に切り分ける。
15.14を13に付ける。
中の黒い丸は型抜きなどを使って作り、付ける。
16.薄く油を塗った型に15を入れ、
暖かい場所で30分、二次発酵させる。
型のフタは開けない。
17.170度に予熱したオーブンで22分焼く。
18.焼き上ったら柔らかい布の上などに取り出す。
