游走乌节路3 (肉割烹🥩🍴 Niku Kappo by Watami) Orchard Road 2018
我上次已经留意到了这家店，还跟我妹妹👩打趣说下次一定要来试看，前提是这家店还存在的话 😉 那为什么我会被这家店吸引呢? 原因是这店的外头有好多肉🍖🍗🥩的模型，加上店名那么粗犷和特别，爱吃肉的朋友想不留意到都难。
📌F1 Wagyu Edo Style Yaki- 点这个的时候店家有告知我需要等个2️⃣0️⃣分钟，因为店员会亲自在我们座位旁料理，然后马上上桌，听到这个难得的机会我马上就打起精神，睁大眼睛👀留意整个料理的过程，想要偷下师。没想到，其实料理的过程并没有花太多的时间，一大半的时间是用来摆盘的 😑这让期待美食的我感觉有点失望 😔
嗯.. 这道料理里头除了牛肉还有很多别的配料，如竹轮，豆腐，豆皮等，牛肉的肉质很滑嫩，酱汁如图所见是很浓郁的，味增的味道非常重，而且很咸，不配饭是不行的。
📌Mt Fuji Nabe (Mixed)- 这个造型看起来很疯狂的火锅🍲味道也还好，那肉片的底下其实是满满的豆芽和包菜，味道没有我想像中吸引。

整体来说我觉得这里的用的肉品质是还不错，不过其他方面如调味，卖相等都不吸引我，小失望。

3. Crispy Fries, Truffle Mayo HK$68 (nice as a snack)
4. Coca-Cola Prime Beef, Rib Meat HK$78 (nice taste, recommended)
5. Cheese Rice Noodles, Bacon and 62c Egg HK$78 (very different and recommended)
6. Singapore Noodles, Red Lobster, Serrano ham, Goose Liver, Homemade Curry HK$178 (not oily and taste very different, worth a try)
7. Black Truffle, Prawn, Salted Duck Eggs, Cauliflower pizza HK$148 (very exciting and such a good fusion, highly recommended)
8. Fondue Set, Egg Puffs HK$98 (this is FUN!! Must TRY!!)

4. 黑椒糖脆雞翼 HK$43 (the skin is nice but the inside tastes very plain)
5. 意色薄切刺身拼盤 HK$88 (tastes nice, melts in the mouth)
