Time for some REAL TALK! I dare say almost every family in the Singaporean Malay community at least got one member who suffers from diabetes. Its so common amongst us. Even our Prime Minister also mentioned it in his 2017 national day rally speech. What does this mean? Duh we gotta change our sugary habits so we can live the #MOREBETTER life and WALK to the next house during Hari Raya with TWO FEET.
