Planning to have a baby boy or baby girl for next pregnancy.
Alhamdulillah many have tried and allowed Allah to get baby girl and baby boy when trying this way
Remember the biology subject in school? How the child gender is determined?
Sperm carrying XY chromosome and Ovum carrying chromosome XX. When men and women gender percentage is 50-50.
So need to be reminded gender is not a genetic factor. Need to be reminded of planning gender needs to be done before planning to get pregnant. Once there's a rental, my way is not effective anymore.
How to add the departure of the livelihood will result in women is that we have to understand what X and Y chromosome nature is first.
X the period of life is longer but the movement is slower.
While Y is a short life period but the movement is faster.
Acid condition is more suitable for X while Y prefers the condition.
I'm starting to think about how to make this alkaline acid (chemical teacher says it).
Tips:
1) Nutrition.
If you want a baby boy, your husband needs to eat seafood more.
If you want a baby girl, your husband needs to eat meat either chicken or cow.
Why husband? Why not a wife??
Because the husband brings the Y chromosome which determines the boy or girl. So husbands play a big role here ok.
What my husband and I are working on is a month (months planning to get pregnant starting from my first day of period) husband is forbidden to eat any type of seafood.
A month is the daily source of protein that the husband takes is just chicken, meat or egg. When you tell dad to buy crabs and snails, he has to swallow his saliva. Husband doesn't have any problems for this because he really likes chicken and meat.
Other than that, husband also needs to eat more sour. This is a bit challenging for the husband because he doesn't like sour fruits, but it's also left when the wife buys sour fruits for him.
Wife can also help by taking food sourced dairy. Milk, cheese and butter.
I share this more for baby girl, so if you want a boy, you'll get it instead. Avoid sour food and wife avoids dairy food.
2) Period together.
This is a bit difficult because we don't know when it's fertile, right?
So, there are 2 ways to know about fertile times.
The first one is easy, went to pharmacy to buy Ovulation Test. Her shape is more like a pregnancy test. The way to use can look at the box.
Or the 2th way, can only be used for anyone whose menstrual cycle is the same every month. This one wants to be easy, use the app period. We can see our menstrual cycle patterns.
For those who have the same cycle every month, push the cycle of 14, then that's how fertile it is.
Fertile time means ovum day released by ovary. Example (30-14), then day 16 is a fertile day.
Ok, why is it important to know the fertile time?
Didn't you tell me about the X and Y life period.
If you want a baby girl, you need to be together 2 days before your fertile day. This is due to the Y whose short life will die before the ovum is freed to live. Only X left. So be XX (girl).
If you want a baby boy, it will turn upside down. Need to be with fertile pads. Y that move fast will first come to ovum to be dissolved. So Jadila XY (boy).
Don't forget, PRAYER of the main weapon. Useless effort without prayer. Ask God so much. Hopefully these tips can benefit those who read.Translated

💻Which project are you working on currently?
I’m working on a push notification feature for a mobile banking APP. The challenging part is to connect the different components. Since the notification does not only take place locally on the device, we have to integrate the middleware with the Apple push notification service and our API.
💻What makes software development so exciting for you?
I think it's great to create something, like an APP, that I can touch, feel and share with others. I have always been fascinated by technology, both hardware and software. So it was obvious for me to enter the software field and to be able to develop cutting-edge technologies myself.
💻You had an interesting research topic for your master thesis: “Management of intellectual property with C-Chain” What brought you to this topic?
My professor, Rudolf Bayer, developed the idea of C-Chain as an alternative for the blockchain technology and gave me the chance to work on a prototype project for his idea. So I developed an APP that helped people to securely exchange files and to ensure that they haven’t been tampered.
💻What do you love most about working and living in Taiwan?
Food as long as it doesn’t come to stinky tofu and chicken feet. 🤣Traveling in Taiwan is awesome! You have a huge variety on such a small island: Bustling cities like Taipei, tropical beaches, amazing mountains, and a lot of Chinese traditional culture. Last but not least, Taiwanese people are just great.
💻How do you think your work at #ThinkPower will benefit you personally?
I think to work in an international environment and to be able to interact with different cultures and languages is getting more and more important. My international competence will help me for sure in future positions as well. Also, I see a lot of personal opportunities in ThinkPower as we are working on the latest topics like AI, blockchain and big data.

40-Minute Total Body Strength Training at Home (Low Impact, No Jumping)
This is a total body Traditional Strength Training workout. What does it mean? That means we will focus on building strength in one muscle group at a time. This is a great way to increase muscle mass and tone a specific area of the body.
This is not a fast pace workout nor is it high impact. This workout is low intensity and low impact, that means no jumping. It's suitable for ALL LEVELS, because you can adjust the weights according to your own fitness level. There will be a total of 3 circuits which will be split to lower body, upper body and core.
What you'll need is a pair of medium weight dumbbells (4 - 6kgs each) and a pair of light weight dumbbells (1 - 3kgs each). Let's lift and get strong!
CIRCUIT: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest (Repeat x2)
Workout Duration: 40 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 250 - 320 Calories

Level 3 workout. This time with new exercises that are challenging enough for every intermediate/advanced trainer and it is also doable for every beginner (follow the beginner version).
Do it and you will feel the burn.

Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Going through the Round 1 format with easy-moderate effort before you starts your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 1-2 minutes break. Depending on how fit you are, somehow it gonna hurt... but hey, it's only 10 mins! and the pain that you feel is what keeping the stubborn fat screaming! Right? ;)
