Had this Sunday Best Bagel from one of the most popular bagel concept in town, @TwoMenBagelHouse in Novena. Love the combination of the sausage, eggs and hash brown! We also tried their Flat White, which is surprisingly good too.

Ever since the implementation of MCO, I've been cooking more often at home and if there is one ingredient that you'll always find in my kitchen, it has to be U.S. potatoes! They're so versatile and can be cooked in a variety of ways from baked, steamed, fried to boiled, you can't go wrong with potatoes (even if your cooking is not that great😆). Not only delicious, one medium-size potato contains just 110 calories with no fat, sodium or cholesterol and packed with nutritional values due to its attributes such as great source for nutrient dense complex carbohydrates. They are also a good source of Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and contains more potassium than a banana.
