我終於完成了21公里的秀姑巒溪漂漂河，真是太棒了。 河流的漂流部分可分為上半部（瑞穗至奇美）和下半部（奇美至溪卜蘭）兩部分。 上半部溪流有點長，在這裡的泛舟等級只有一個大的初學者II級。 下半部溪流較短，並且有更多的急流，但這些急流都很小。 在我看來，下半部分更漂亮，所以如果你的時間有限，就做這個部分。 但是，總體來說兩個部分都非常好。 如果您的技巧很好,在河流最快的地方總行程大約需要4個小時。 如果你是用像我划的胖黃鴨，它就會花費更久的時間。 您可以在此影片中觀看河流的樣子：https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLlr4HgKOh4

I finally did 21km of Xiugulan River, and it is fantastic. The rafting part of the river can be divided into two sections upper (Ruisui to Qimei) and lower (Qimei to Xibolan). The upper part is is a little bit longer, and only has 1 large class II rapid at this water level. The lower part is shorter, and and has more rapids, all of which are fairly small. In my opinion, the lower section is more beautiful, so if your time is limited do that one. However, both are very nice. If you're good at staying in the fastest parts of the river, the total trip should take about 4 hours. If you're in a fat duck though, it's going to take you a lot longer. You can see what the river looks like in this video link above, and get more info, as well as a detailed map of access points along the river on my website.

弘旻是噶馬蘭族的運動員，幾年前面對面訪問過他與他的家人，那時候的他很害羞但講起自己喜歡的運動非常投入，從跆拳道到自由搏擊到泰拳，不斷嘗試而且堅持自己喜歡的事，花個十分鐘看看這個男孩的故事，他有個願望是在花蓮部落成立泰拳教室，在那之前需要大家幫忙轉發，讓更多朋友認識這個運動，弘旻加油！！

From Taekwondo, Sanda, Kickboxing, to Muaythai, Hong Min Pan, a nameless man who spend 11 years becoming somebody standing on the international amateur and professional rings. He knows he is getting closer to what he dreaming about. However, Muaythau is non-Olympic and Asian Games official sport and isn’t popular in Taiwan. In the case of limited resource, Taiwanese Muaythai athletes must make all-out effort to balance ideals and reality and prove what they really got to the world. In order to realize his dream, Hong Min Pan has to compromise on reality and sacrifices his few free time to practice Muaythai. There is nothing to fear by believing in faith.

Dreaming is easy but make your dream comes true is not. Life is like a competition. The only thing you have to do is be ready to go for any unknown challenges with brave when stepping into the ring. No matter you win or lose, you are the only one knows how hard you try in the match, and so is Hong Min Pan. No one can deny your hardworking but yourself. Hoping everyone who watched “Unfinished” can fight for your life with your intial dream and genuine enthusiasm.

The definition of unfinished is not ended or completed. “Unfinished” begins and end with bells, it symbolizes the 1st round of his Muaythai life. His story is to be continued.

“Unfinished” is dedicated to every great athletes and every person who has ever been trying to explore life direction, and who has ever been chasing your dream.

人生難得一次在錐麗古道大斷崖的拍攝經驗，想像500公尺斷崖就在你身旁，走在只有不到一公尺寬的古道，你仍舊必須試著保持身體的穩定，將走在你前方的主體正確對焦...但...緊貼著錐麗古道朝著大斷崖看下去的自己，腦中只有一個想法...斷崖這邊的風景實在是太震撼了！前面2個多小時緩慢的爬坡，只為了這15分鐘的斷崖路程絕對是值得的！TAIWAN MUST SEE! 來台觀光必去的地方!

台灣有好多好玩的地方！其中一個是礁溪。礁溪在臺北跟花蓮的中間，所以花一天在這裏很方便。礁溪有很多好玩的，包括免費的泡脚，辣味冰淇淋跟好吃的烤鷄。

Taiwan has lots of beautiful little towns to explore, and one of them is Jiaoxi, not far from Taipei and on the way to Hualien and Taroko Gorge. Stop here for a day trip complete with free foot hot springs, chilli ice cream and Taiwan’s famous claypot roast chicken.
