▪️Blueberries
▪️15 gm protein from strawberry flavored soy protein isolates and whey protein
▪️10 gm apple fibers with inulin
▪️2 hard boiled eggs after the smoothie to add another 12 gm protein
So as a whole my breakfast has about 20 essential vitamins and minerals, and 30+ other nutrients.

💚 健康早餐 💚
你平時都吃什麼樣的早餐呢?我們的典型早餐是這樣的一碗全有機果昔:草莓、覆盆莓、藍莓、枸杞、蘋果、橙子、燕麥、堅果、奇亞籽、亞麻籽粉,水果有時候不一樣,但大致差不多。
昨天介紹過「Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen」這個app,有了解的朋友就知道,這樣一碗早餐,就已經符合了每天一份漿果(還多了更多)、兩份其他水果、一份全穀物、一份種子,和一份堅果了。
果昔因為是打成液體的水果,很容易就狼吞虎嚥喝下肚,但這樣可能會打亂身體吸收養分的調節能力,因為在正常速度下,我們是無法一下子吃進這麼多水果的。所以請盡量在半小時內慢慢喝,不要急喔!
將近半年來幾乎每天都以這樣一碗健康早餐開啟一天,除了無油、無鹽、無添加糖、零負擔,讓人活力滿滿,也真的好美味呀!😋
p.s. 其實最棒的部份是不用起床就有人把早餐送上……🙈

What's your typical breakfast? Mine is like this: an organic smoothie bowl of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, goji berries, apple, orange, nuts, oats, chia seeds, and flax seeds.
If you're familiar with the app I shared about yesterday, "Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen," you'd know that a single bowl like this can help you tick the boxes of berries, other fruits, whole grains, seeds, and nuts.
Don't gulp down the smoothie though, because our body normally wouldn't be able to absorb so much fruit in a short amount of time. It'd be best to blend all your favorite fruits and sip it for the next 30 minutes.
