HANAYUISHI TAKAYA
TAKAYA, as known as HANAYUISHI, is an artist based inkyoto who combines floristry with art and fashion to create one-of-a kind headdresses. Takaya has invented and developed a technique of tying living plants like flowers.vegetables.fruits.twigs.plants and even taxidermy into hairs to make highly unique and ethereal works - as he describes as a “unity of human and nature.”
Takaya creates his works on the spot, choosing flowers to with cloth or personality of the person. It is an intuitive and spontaneous work that it is almost impossible to plan the design ahead since flowers are living things every bloom is different.every stems has its own line. There is beauty of working with living plants as opposed to dried plants - as if Takaya intensifies the energy of the living plants.the result of his stylings are so vibrant and memorable.
Takaya shows his work through photography and live performance.
Performances are often held in unique locations like Buddhis temples and museums in throughout Japan and Sweden. He has been featured in numerous publications and broadcasts around the world, including Daily Telegraph, Glamour Italia, Holland Herald, and NHK World TV.
Takaya also collaborates with Yumi Katsura, a well-known bridal fashion designer for Yumi Katsura Grand Collection.

In Zhiben, Taitung County, a community of Indigenous people of the Pinuyumayan (also known as Puyuma or Beinan) tribe has been protesting the county government’s plans to allow a solar energy company to develop a large solar farm on a 161-hectare piece of land that they see as their ancestral territory.
The Katatipul community’s indigenous people say they were not adequately consulted on the project, which was proposed in 2018, and charged that a vote in which the community supported the solar farm by a narrow margin in 2019 was improperly conducted. They said people from outside their community voted on behalf of elderly people.
Groups such as the Environmental Rights Foundation also argue the land is part of the Zhiben Wetlands and should be protected, and that no environmental impact assessment has been done.
The county government, which manages the land, insists it has followed proper procedures, including holding meetings to inform the community, and said the land has been unused for decades and should be put to good use.
The company handling the project, Sheng Li Solar Energy Ltd., whose parent company is Singapore-based Vena Energy, said it followed all necessary procedures required by government agencies and did not pull any tricks during the voting process. It has also pledged to work with the local community to promote the tribe's culture, preserve some of the wetlands, and grow plants native to the area at the site.
The case is now is being fought in court.
CNA recently had the opportunity to speak with one of the tribal community’s leaders on why this land is important to the Indigenous people and why they are opposed to this project.

If I knew that there was such a thing called confinement food catering when I first gave birth in 2009, I would definitely have taken it up. However, that was a time when we were living in Sweden and with the culture being so vastly different over there, confinement was an unfamiliar concept. From what I saw, many mums were out and about with their newborns shortly after giving birth, which explains why I am also an active mum who doesn't like to stay indoor much.
In spite of that, I do believe that it is very important for us to control our diet and eat well during this period. Even though my first confinement was done overseas in the midst of winter, as much as I could, I stayed off snacks and cold stuff, ate nutritious food and maintained a healthy diet. I honestly feel that eating the right food would help to accelerate my postpartum recovery process and give me the strength I needed to care for the baby, which was important since I was usually on my own.
While I never had a confinement lady before -- it's the same as why we don't have a helper, I just prefer to do it on my own instead of asking others to look after my kids - I did have my mother-in-law come over to cook for me during my past confinements. This was something I deeply appreciated yet I also felt bad for making her go through the hassle. For instance, when we were in Sweden, she had to hunt high and low for the food ingredients, like red dates, old ginger and pig's liver, which were rare and hard to find in most cases, and with the need to cook every day, things could get tiring for her.
Now that years have passed and age has caught up, I surprised our friends and family members by boldly having a fourth baby. Yup, and so the cycle begins all over again. Given that I am older and more experienced now, I decided I didn't want to trouble anyone - well, except for the hubby - to help for my confinement but instead settle everything on my own.
Thanks to Tian Wei Signature, all my meals were settled for the entire month which allowed me to focus on resting and caring for the baby, woohoo! This was so important for me as he was born prematurely and I wanted to make sure he was doing well and properly looked after. Having confinement meals delivered to my doorstep was a feeling that I loved, because it meant I didn't have to depend on others to cook for me yet I also did not have to slog in the kitchen at a time when I was supposed to be recuperating. I tried out their most extensive package, which is the 28-Day Double, including both Lunch and Dinner, and it was something that I truly enjoyed and looked forward to each day.
In this post, I'll share with you more on why I totally think that confinement food catering is a lifesaver, at least for me, and will showcase more of the dishes I've tried and which I loved best. I also have a giveaway ongoing on my IG so hop over if you wish to try out these yummy confinement meals too.

Hi everyone!
First time making a video about my apartment.
Since little kid I always had interest into interior design, I even thought about becoming interior designer but I choose another direction.
Home is for me a very important space that has to be confortable, minimalist and functional, which is why I have a preference for Nordic style.
Its a real pleasure for me to spend time renovating and decorating a space, to spend time shopping in furnitures shops and create my own universe.
You are welcome to have a tour. Welcome to my Home !

Why is it that you cannot find medical or N95 masks in your local pharmacy or hardware store? Why is it that hospitals and medical professionals are short on these very important PPE items? Join me for a discussion.
