Ami, helmed by chefs Nicolas Boutin and Eric Taluy, offers two menus. The first is an all-day dining a la carte option filled with traditional dishes, shared plates, and bar food, while the second offers a creative ‘Chef’s Inspiration’ tasting menu that changes monthly and is available only in the restaurant’s private rooms. Highlighted dishes include the French guinea fowl with octopus and caramel jus, hand-cut heritage beef tartare, grand Challans blood duck breast, and a 64 percent chocolate concorde cake infused with whisky.
