Hong Kong throws away 5.2 million bottles every single day: SLDLP acts to collect and recycle plastic trash, and prevents single-use plastic through education.

Asher has a couple of DUPLO sets that he loves so much, not just building/pulling apart but for small world play too.

He is showing great interest in moon and space, and thinks that astronauts are super cool!

So I set up this play station to encourage him to express himself, and opened up his favourite moon books to start story telling. I made some black coloured rice, moon rockS and he built the LEGO DUPLO space shuttle set from scratch. I love how every DUPLO sets that we have would feature a man and a woman figurine, because girls can be anything that they want to be too - police officer, firefighter, astronauts and so on.

He enjoyed landing on the moon surface and said yay Neil Armstrong (lol), exploring and collecting moon rock samples. Eventually, he smashed all the moon rock with a little hammer lol.

Coloured Rice:
2 cup rice
2 tsp vinegar
Few drops of black food colouring
Shake in a ziplock bag till well mix.

Moon Rock:
Ingredients:
4 cups baking soda
¼ cup water
Glitter
Black food coloring
Instructions:
1. Pour baking soda into a large mixing bowl.
2. Slowly add water, mix as you pour. 
3. Add glitter.
4. Add black food coloring.
5. Mold the baking soda by pressing it tightly between your hands. If the baking soda is too crumbly, then add a little more water.
6. Let it dry overnight.

【Ingredients】5 DAISO pudding cups
2　Egg
3　egg yolk
50g Granulated sugar
200ml milk
200g heavy cream
Vanilla extract a little
5g Gelatin powder　
30ml boiling water
(Rilakkuma)
30ml boiling water
10g Gelatin powder
(Caramel sauce)
10g Gelatin powder　
1tsp　Water
50ml boiling water

【材料】プリンカップ 5個×180ml
卵　　　　　　　　2個
卵黄　　　　　　　3個
グラニュー糖　　　50g
牛乳　　　　　　　200ml
生クリーム　　　　200ml
バニラエッセンス 少々
ゼラチンパウダー　5g
熱湯　　　　　　　30ml
(リラックマ用)
熱湯　　　　　　　30ml
ゼラチンパウダー　10g
(カラメルソース)
グラニュー糖　　　50g
水　　　　　　　小さじ1
熱湯　　　　　　　50ml

【作り方】
①卵と卵黄をボウルに割り入れておきます。

②牛乳と生クリームを鍋で沸騰直前まで温めてグラニュー糖を加えて、①をほぐしながら少しずつ加えて良く混ぜたらバニラエッセンスを加えて、そこからリラックマグミ用のプリン液を90g取り分けておきます。

③熱湯にゼラチンパウダーを振り入れて、よく混ぜて溶かしたゼラチン液を加えてこし器でこします。
※このゼラチンはリラックマ用のプリン液には加えません。

④こしたプリン液をボウルに入れて氷水にあてて温度を下げます。(プリン液が冷たくなって少しとろみが出たらOKです)
プリン液を容器に入れて冷蔵庫で一晩冷やします。

(リラックマグミ)
⑤リラックマ用に取っておいたプリン液に熱湯にゼラチンパウダー
を振り入れてよく混ぜて溶かしたゼラチン液を加えて、リラックマモールドに流しこんで冷蔵庫で一晩冷やします。
1時間くらいで固まるのでラップをかぶせて乾燥を防ぎます。

(カラメルソース)
⑥鍋にグラニュー糖と水を入れて中火-強火にかけて茶色になったら火を止めて熱湯を入れます。
容器に移してあら熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で一晩冷やします。

⑦冷蔵庫から出したらリラックマグミをプリンに乗せて、カラメルソースをかけます。
お好みでホイップクリームやチェリーを乗せてもいいかもです。

●ご飯：2合
●鶏もも肉：約300g
●大葉：お好み量
●小葱（万能ねぎ）：お好み量
●米油（普通の油でもOK）
●桃屋のきざみにんにく：小さじ2~大さじ1（生のにんにくでもOK）
●醤油：大さじ1
●あごだし（4倍濃縮）：小さじ1（めんつゆ、白だしでもOK）
●バター：10g
●ブラックペッパー
[肉の下味]
●塩
●ブラックペッパー
●みりん：小さじ1
●醤油：小さじ1
●おろしにんにく：小さじ1/2

今回は『鶏ももとネギの焦がしガーリックバターライス』を作りました。
毎日でも食べたい！こうちゃんの得意料理です♪
正直、お店で食べるよりマジで旨いです！！！！！
僕が言葉で伝えるより、とにかく一度皆さんに食べて貰いたいです♪
簡単だけど美味しいが沢山詰まった最高のレシピです。

[Ingredients] (2~3 servings)
● Rice: 2 cups
● Chicken thighs: about 300g
● Shiso: As desired
● Leek: as desired
● Rice oil (regular oil is also fine)
● Minced garlic: 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon (fresh garlic is also fine)
● Fish stock: 1 tablespoon (4 times concentrated) (Noodle soup or white soup stock can be used)
● Butter: 10g
● Black pepper
[Seasoning for the meat]
● Salt
● Black pepper
● Mirin : 1 teaspoon
● Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
● Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon

【ingredients】3 cups
300ml　boiling water
8g　　Gelatin powder
300ml Shaved ice with Blue Hawaii
100g　plain yogurt
(Whipped cream)
　60g heavy cream
　10g　Granulated sugar
※You don't have to have whipped cream or cherries

【材料】コップ3個分
熱湯　　　　　　　300ml
ゼラチンパウダー 8g
ブルーハワイ　　　300ml
プレーンヨーグルト100g
(ホイップクリーム)
　生クリーム　　　　60g
　グラニュー糖　　　10g
※ホイップクリームやチェリーはお好みでどうぞ

【作り方】
①ボウルに熱湯入れて、そこへゼラチンパウダーを加えて良く混ぜて溶かしたらブルーハワイを加えて冷蔵庫で冷やし固めます。(6時間以上)

②ヨーグルトをザルにあげて冷蔵庫で水分を切っておきます。
(約10分)

③①のゼリーが固まったらスプーンなどですくってコップに入れて、ところどころにプレーンヨーグルトを雲のように入れていきます。

④ホイップクリームやチェリーはお好みでトッピングしてください。
※わたがしを乗せても雰囲気が出ます。
