寿司十番匠 SUSHI JUBAN Takumi Thonglor , an #omakase sushi bar in Bangkok that was recommended to us by many people for its wallet-friendly price. We went for lunch with 12+1 course which turned out to be many more than 13 dishes, as you also get chawanmushi, tamago yaki, soup, and mochi in addition to the course, while the +1 is the last bite that you can choose whatever sushi you want.
Quality-wise: good value for money, the ingredients are fresh and well picked, while the price tag lands on the lower-end side.
Flavor-wise: as much as we love some of their nigiri with minimal flavorings, some courses are heavily seasoned and kind of obstructed the ingredients natural flavor from shining.
However, considering the lovely price (which is even more lovely with their current promotion), the laid back atmosphere, the super friendly chefs, and that walk-ins are normally welcome (but for their promotion period, we recommend reserving your place a bit in advance), this is a good place to drop by when you have an instant crave for good sushi without wanting to break the bank

เรื่องคุณภาพนี่เราถือว่าคุ้มค่าคุ้มราคาเลยนะ วัตถุดิบที่ใช้นั้นเตรียมและเลือกมาดีเลย ทั้งที่ราคาน่ารักตะมุตะมิสุด
ส่วนเรื่องรสชาตินั้น เราชอบเมนูที่ปรุงมาน้อยๆอร่อยกำลังดีเลย แต่บางจานก็ปรุงมาหนักมือไปนิด กลายเป็นกลบวัตถุดิบดีๆไปซะงั้น
อย่างไรก็ตามด้วยราคาอันสบายกระเป๋า (ที่ยิ่งสบายเป๋าเพิ่มไปอีกด้วยโปรลดราคาของร้านตอนนี้) บรรยากาศง่ายๆ เชฟสุดฮาอารมณ์ดี ปกติไม่ต้องจองคิวอยากกินก็พุ่งตัวไปได้เลย (แต่ช่วงโปรแบบนี้โทรจองหน่อยก็ดีน้า) ทำให้ร้านนี้เป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ดีสำหรับใครที่อยากทานซูชิดีๆราคาน่ารักๆ แบบไม่ต้องมีพิธีรีตองมากค่า

Shamoji Robata Yaki - Một quán nhậu chuyên về đồ nướng 🍶, theo Lu thấy là quán siêu sang chảnh và đậm chất văn hóa uống của Nhật Bản 🇯🇵: Khom người, bước qua cánh cửa gỗ mộc mạc. Thực đơn ở đây phong phú vô cùng Lu đếm đâu khoảng hơn 100 món lận đó mấy bạn với những kiểu chế biến như là: nướng, lẩu, chiên, salad, sashimi.
Xiên nướng ở đây phải nói là best luôn mấy bạn, thịt nướng ngon nhờ vào nước sốt được quét bên trên thịt phải nói là siêu ngon, siêu đậm vị luôn 👍👍. Mà tiếc cái là mấy bạn không ăn no với mấy món này, vì đây là xiên que 💸 tầm 30k - 88k/xiên giá khá cao, nhưng đổi lại được trải nghiệm món ăn siêu ngon. Có cả mochi nướng 🍡 ăn thích lắm mấy bạn bên ngoài bánh được nướng xém cạnh hơi giờn một tí, bên trong có sự dẻo dẻo, dai dai khá là thú vị.
Lẩu oden là loại canh chả cá hầm kiểu Nhật có: đậu hũ, củ cải trắng, chả cá. Nước dùng ngọt thanh, sau khi ăn đồ nướng húm một tí nước lẩu này vô là chuẩn bài luôn, thanh và ấm cả người 😍
Mấy bạn nhất định phải đi để trải nghiệm thử nha!! Đảm bảo sẽ thích như Lu vậy, tuy giá hơi cao một tí, nhưng đổi lại mấy bạn sẽ được trải nghiệm dịch vụ siêu tốt, không gian theo phong cách làng chài kiểu Nhật nhưng vẫn toát lên sự sang trọng. Nhân viên phục vụ tốt và đồ ăn ngon khỏi chê luôn 💯
