[don't raise your lack of fruit on the shelf]
This is not a ′′ zero or hundred ′′ story, it's a problem with gradation, so it's a difficult place to judge...
I often see a voice like ′′ I have an offer to yoshimoto kogyo, but I don't have a reply at all
Maybe ′′ I'm asking Nishino Co Ltd. But there's no reply
Some of them are angry on their social media, ′′ I have made an offer 1 months ago, but I don't have any reply!"
As the opening said, this is a problem that is hard to say ′′ which one is worse!" of course, yoshimoto kogyo, and that's what nishino co...... Ltd. Forgot to reply to ′′ the opponent who should reply...... there I think the fault is obviously on the nishino side of yoshimoto kogyo and the nishino co ltd.
It's just that here's a tough line (but in reality), it's only a story for ′′ the opponent who should reply,"
Don't accept here," I've been in touch many times, but I don't have a reply," I'm going to have a good time with my opponent, but I'm going to capture it like I'm going to have a fault...... no, no, no, no, Because you haven't been able to offer ′′ value just to reply ′′
Extreme story, the owner of the local kuh & bar says, ′′ please come out to our event but the reply won't come back?
So, then," there's no fault in Justin Bieber side?" there's no such thing.
Justin Bieber is not in the benefits of appearing in the Japanese local kuh & bar, which is turned down all kinds of work.
There is no time to reply or in-laws to one of all the offers that soar from all over the world.
Still, if you want to call Justin Bieber in the store, you can't be a store that makes Justin Bieber want to come later.
The reason why the opponent doesn't return the reply is to yourself, and unless you take it there, it's a life that won't return forever.
The professional world can see the feet, so it's a story that ′′ you can't raise your lack of ability to the shelf,"
[※ NOTE] Yoshimoto Kogyo is often a slow reply to the people who should reply. I'm sorry.

...Continue ReadingThe book that I have invested in one row. It's done.
There is a book week during this period.
I believe that everyone has bought many books.
But didn't read..
There will be a few books that I read until the end.
The reason everyone claims is no time..
Actually, I'm not wrong.. but because the book I bought is not enough to read.
It can't pull us to read until the end.
If we find a book we really care about
Just a few hours and finish reading.
And we can tell a scene from that book.
If you ask me what book is invested in man, read in one row. End.
One of them is this book..
"Rinen"
This book is written by Dr. Krit pong thanapeng or master ket. @[272385739598280:274: Ketu wdī Marumura]
The essence of this book is to tell about the concept of Japanese companies how the company will last for hundreds of years.
From Nick K Ibp Magazine, a company that is over 200 years old around the world. Sort as follows.
3) France 331 companies
2) Germany 1,563 companies
1) Japan 3,113 companies
If you go back 200 years, it's the reign of King Rama 2 in Thailand..
This book will compare 2 types of companies in the world.
It's 1. Pine 2. Bamboo trees.
Bamboo trees grow fast but die fast. It's like a company that only cares about sales in front of me but not looking at sustainability.
Pine Tree is a little slow but longevity. This company has a similar idea is to see the importance of customers, partners and employees. It is to make others happy. Finally, we will get good things back.
The most tripping thing in the book is about the company making chalk board.
The teacher of the school who has contacted the company 3 times until the owner of the company accepts intellectual impaired children to work.
The interesting thing is that kids have to travel long distance. Take a bus to train, continue walking for a kilo to work.
The owner of the company is surprised that the kid never stopped once. This kid can choose to stay at school, play games, meet other friends comfortably. No need to work. Why do I have to take a tight train to work like this every day
He kept this question in his heart until one day went to a funeral and told a monk.
So the monk explains that
Humans will feel very happy at the following.
- be loved by others
- get compliments from others
- I feel that I am useful to others.
- I feel like I am in need of others.
Everything that says is what kids get from working at your company.
Finally, this company has received 53 intellectual impaired employees from 73 employees in the company.
Maybe that's because intellectually impaired employees value more work than normal people.
When I finish reading this book
It makes me realize that
Sometimes our world is weird
Many people want to work and have a lot of money to retire. No need to work comfortably.
But for retired or non-working people will make you feel worthless.
These days, there are many people who feel difficult. I feel like they don't want
Actually might have to rethink that
What we do is because it's a duty to day.
Or do it because we think it's valuable
Some people only think about finding what they like. What is their passion.
In fact, valuable things may not be about us.
But it's making others happy
Whether it's working in a chalk factory, writing boards.
Whether it's taxi driving people
Whether it's making sweets for others to taste.
Every job has value that meets other people's needs.
No matter how difficult it is, how far it is.
No need to get the most money. The Most profit.
Making benefits for 1 others
It's better than we just count money and breathe for day..Translated

I interviewed Yu-Hsuan, the owner of Yu Chocolatier and an old friend for VOYAGER magazine at the end of January. VOYAGER is EVER RICH's Chinese-English bilingual publication distributed in Taoyuan International Airport. It discovers and introduces to international travellers the essence of Taiwan. This issue portrays four groups of young people returning from abroad with visions and aspirations. Yu-Hsuan is one of them.
It was a real pleasure listening to a professional talking about his passion and beliefs and seeing how he applies all of this into daily routines. I wish him all the best bringing his chocolates back to the city of light and to the whole world.
I also helped translate the interview of Hero Restaurant in this issue. Many thanks to Hao-Yuan Weng, the editor of Voyager, for giving me a chance contributing to this beautiful piece.
The magazine is available in EVER RICH's duty free shops. Don't forget to get one when you travel or when coming back home!

Today’s video features some very traditional local Ulu Food available only in my hometown, Miri, Sarawak. The Summit Café is run by local Ulu people. This small restaurant has been featured in the Lonely Planet magazine and hence, I guarantee you the taste and uniqueness of the food in this restaurant. The owner buys the ingredients fresh everyday and so, the menu might change slightly day to day. But, if you are lucky enough, you might be able to try some of the very special dishes such as oil palm shoots, the very bitter papaya tree’s flowers and…. Pig’s lungs! Follow me through the video and you will definitely regret not growing up here in my beloved Sarawak.
