Diet calorie terlampau rendah (500kcal/800kcal/under 1200kcal) terlampau extreme and too low for your body to function at optimum. Ye betul nak KURUS/lose weight kene calorie deficit, tapi kene ambil kira side effects seperti brain fog, lesu terlampau, hormone imbalance, period x datang, and probability kornag akan malnourish akan tinggi.
Diet ikut orang pulak x semestinya sesuai dgn kita. Sebab badan masing2 berbeza, keperluan, lifestyle & banyak benda berbeza.
So apa nak kene buat?
1st skali, Kalau Ada duit lebih, pergi la buat health screening & check up. Ni penting sebab as we age, badan kita mungkin memerlukan nutrisi yang berbeza compare tu masa kita muda2. Lagi2 Kalau kita tahu family history when it comes to chronic illness tu memang ada. Kene lagi peka.
Nik & Nana xde la diet strict gila as what some of u assume, unless we are prepping to be on stage. Some days kitaornag ada jugak makan makanan merepek. Ice cream, pizza, pastries, biscuits... Tapi not everyday lah.
The 🔑 is to prioritise healthy eating habits, ada good relationship when it comes to food (x punish diri or rasa bersalah bila makan mknan x sihat) & amalkan healthy lifestyle.
Simple je ok. It’s all about having that healthy balance. Baru lah kornag boleh sustain progress atau maintain 🥰

First time for everything! This time it’s acupuncture... which I’ve been putting off for so long due to my fear of needles and lack of understanding. But since Byron and I have started coming to BodyConscious Bkk, a holistic wellness center that specializes in creating personalized programs to suit our specific wellness goals, I’m ready to try anything.
The day I went in, I woke up with a blinding migraine and stiff neck from lack of sleep the night before. Dr. Guy could tell just from taking my pulse that I was extremely tense and so targeted my acupuncture session specifically for tension (albeit with only a few needles for my first time). Byron was treated for his chronic shoulder pain with extra infrared light. Then we were treated to sound healing therapy by Dr. Guy which was unbelievably relaxing.
