解救食欲不振的~~开胃酸甜菜式
越靠近新年,太阳似乎就越有活力,实在是猛烈得让人受不了!我们的食欲却是直线下降,实在急需一些开胃的菜式拯救欠佳的胃口。一道酸甜又湿润的酸甜菜肴,绝对让人眼睛发亮呢!
《真美味山楂糖醋汁》!以山楂干品熬制糖醋汁,酸香并富层次,而非一味死酸,无论是糖醋鱼、糖醋排骨、咕佬肉,都可用此糖醋汁作为基本酱,不管什么时候都是最受欢迎的滋味。
古法糖醋鱼(年年有鱼)
材料A:
1条鱼,约700g
½粒蛋液
3大匙粟粉
3杯油
腌料:
½小匙盐
¼小匙胡椒粉
½小匙麻油
材料B:
1大匙蒜茸
80g黄梨,切小块
50g青瓜,切小块
50g番茄,切小块
1条红辣椒,去籽,切片
1包《真美味山楂糖醋汁》
做法:
1. 把鱼加入腌料抹匀,腌30分钟。
2.沾上蛋液,裹上粟粉,放入热油里,用中大火炸5-8分钟至金黄色和熟,捞起滤干油,摆在碟里。
3.留1大匙油在锅里,爆香蒜茸,加入其余材料B炒香,加入《真美味山楂糖醋汁》拌煮至滚,淋在鱼上即可上桌。
Special Sweet and Sour Fish
Ingredients A:
1 fish, about 700g
½ egg, beaten
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 cups oil
Marinade:
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp sesame oil
Ingredients B:
1 tbsp chopped garlic
80g pineapple, cut into pieces
50g cucumber, cut into pieces
50g tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 red chilli, seeded and sliced
1 packet “Zhen Mei Wei Hawthorn Sweet & Sour Sauce”
Method:
1. Mix fish with marinade ingredients and marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Dip fish in beaten egg and coat with cornstarch. Deep-fry in hot oil at medium high heat for 5-8 minutes till well cooked and brown. Dish and drain.
3. Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté chopped garlic till fragrant. Add in the remaining B and stir-fry till aromatic. Add “Zhen Mei Wei Hawthorn Sweet & Sour Sauce” and bring to boil. Pour over fish and serve immediately.
