今日訪問有一個好有趣的問題：有沒有做治療時發現一些common的問題或大家都會過分看重的小事情？答案係有啊～ 我自己都有的壞習慣，就係好容易忘記給自己處理問題的時間，忘記自己同自己坦誠對話 🤍 如果可以記得適當時預留這個「靜」的時間去了解自己的心底渴望，常和自己Catchup，可能好多事情都會化解！🙌🏼 可能根本唔需要找治療去知道自己想點。我每次太久唔記得咁做的時候就會容易焦慮又發作。
Was asked a very interesting question today - have you found common issues during Healing sessions? The answer is yes! It’s my own issue too - we often forget to give ourselves time to truly solve something, to have an honest conversation with ourselves about our wants. If we can remember to save time for these types of calm catch ups with ourselves, many troubles will dissolve.
