Do not let anyone OWN you. If you feel lost, it doesn’t mean you’re not capable anymore. The light has ALWAYS been in each and every one of us. If today is a bad day, it is OKAY. FEEL it. EXPERIENCE it. Rough seas make good sailors. Challenges are a necessary part of life. They are character-building and give depth to a situation, allowing a person to see the point of view of another person just as a rough sea is crucial to the development of a good sailor. Confide in people whom you love.
