When I found out I was pregnant with Ilon Daniel, we went to a few different doctors before deciding with Dr Navdeep and his team from Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara, as we felt most comfortable with him. For those who may have missed the news - I have safely delivered my fourth child (albeit slight premature) a healthy baby boy, a few weeks back and we are now observing our confinement period. Now that he is part of our lives, I cannot, simply CANNOT imagine a life without him. It is hard to believe a few months back, I was struggling with a very difficult decision whether to proceed or not with the pregnancy (as I was advised in my last delivery to not have any more children as my uterus lining was extremely thin). Dr Navdeep gave my husband and I the assurance and confidence that I needed to pull though and he was just amazing! The pregnancy came with some uphill battles and one of them was the MCO due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A lot was going through my head and I was anxious. With no help, 3 young children at home, strict travel restrictions and the possibility of my husband not being there during my delivery of our child, I was also worried about my health and well being going in and out of the hospital during the outbreak. But I was so relieved to see how diligent and precautious THKD was, in ensuring the safety of their patients and staff are taken seriously and of paramount priority.
