相信許多年輕的朋友跟小編一樣 (很敢講😠)，沒怎麼聽說過「結核病」這個詞，殊不知在1985年前，它可曾高居全臺灣十大死因之一呢😮~ 由於臺灣公衛醫療先進發達，結核病早已不對我們造成威脅，但在世界上許多地方，它仍是令人聞風喪膽的疾病，連今年的 #世界衛生大會 (#WHA)也將 #終結結核病 (End TB)納入防治的重點‼️

#臺灣、#美國 和 #日本 自明天起至5月3日，將共同舉辦 #全球合作暨訓練架構 (GCTF) ─「抗藥性結核病計畫管理國際研習營」，邀請印太區域國家的官方代表和產學界專家來臺研討交流，讓臺灣與世界攜手參與國際防疫這一趴！

Have you heard of #tuberculosis (#TB)? 🤔 Do you know how many people die of it every year? Do you know that drug-resistant TB is even more deadly?
Although many younger people mightn’t be clear on what TB even is these days, before 1985 it was one of the top ten leading causes of deaths for Taiwanese people, and it still poses a threat around the world today, which is why #EndTB is one of the #WorldHealthAssembly’s key strategies.
To raise awareness of TB, #Taiwan 🇹🇼, the #US 🇺🇸and #Japan 🇯🇵are to co-host a four-day International Workshop on the Programmatic Management of Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis under the Global Cooperation & Training Framework (#GCTF) from April 30 through May 3. Officials and experts from #IndoPacific nations will join us to discuss how to stop the spread of the disease.
