秋冬滋潤米水特飲
中醫主張的「四時食養」,就是根據四季變化,進食合適的食物以平衡身體狀況,所謂「藥補不如食補」,每種食材都有屬性和功效,進食得宜自然有助改善身體機能。例如我們主張大家每天飲用健脾胃的米水,秋冬天可以加入潤燥或暖胃的材料,令米水更滋味之餘,又兼具多重養生功效。
秋季潤燥米水特飲
功效:健脾潤肺,紓緩秋燥帶來的乾燥不適症狀如皮膚乾燥、口乾等。
材料:紅米2湯匙、白米半湯匙、生薏米半湯匙、百合15克、雪耳半塊、冰糖適量
做法:
1. 將材料洗淨,雪耳先浸泡半天,剪掉底部黑色蒂的部分,剪碎備用。
2. 鍋內加入約1000毫升水,加入材料,以武火煮滾後調文火煮20-30分鐘,最後加入適量冰糖調味。
注意:米水容易變壞,建議每天煲好,一天飲完,不要過夜。
冬季暖胃米水特飲
功效:補氣暖胃,潤腸通便。紓緩大便不暢、手腳冰冷等。
材料:紅米2湯匙、白米半湯匙、生薏米半湯匙、蕃薯1-2塊、薑2-3片、冰糖適量
做法:
1. 將材料洗淨,番薯切粒備用。
2. 鍋內加入約1000毫升水,加入材料,以武火煮滾後調文火煮20-30分鐘,最後加入適量冰糖調味。
注意:米水容易變壞,建議每天煲好,一天飲完,不要過夜。

問:朝夕米水要於指定時間飲用才有效嗎?
答:我們建議朝米水於早上7-11時飲用,因為那是脾胃值班時間,夕米水於下午5-7時飲用,那是腎值班時間,那段時間吸收米水比較好,然而全日任何時間飲用都適合,只要建立每日飲用米水養脾胃的習慣就可以了。

Chinese medicine theory recommends having balanced and suitable diets based on season and body constitution. Different ingredients have their nature and healing effects and choosing the right thing can improve your overall body condition. For example we suggest having rice water daily to strengthen the spleen. During fall and winter, you can also add in ingredients to relieve dryness or to warm the stomach. This can make tasty rice water and further improve its benefits.
Fall rice water to relieve dryness
Effects: strengthen the spleen and moisten the lungs. Alleviate fall time dryness such as dry skin and dry mouth.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons red rice, half tablespoon white rice, half tablespoon coix seeds, 15g Lily bulbs, half a snow fungus, appropriate amounts of rock sugar
Preparation
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak snow fungus for half a day and remove bottom dark base and cut into shreds
2. Combine all ingredients with 1000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Add in rock sugar.
Note: rice water spoils easily and should be made fresh daily. Do not store overnight.
Winter rice water to warm the stomach
Effects: replenish qi and warm the stomach, moisten the intestine to relieve constipation. Alleviates difficulty passing stool and cold limbs.
