Surprisingly until my friend noticed, this shop got dropped out of the 2019 Michelin 1 Star status ~ even though nearby 「Loaf On 六福 Michelin 1 🌟」 also shares the same Ownership & similar shareholders structures & recipes, which to me tastes slightly different due to different Head Chefs, but shares some similar recipes enough to be comparable. 上週我到上海旅行，真的覺得上海是一個很棒的城市，曾是英、法等國租界地，融合了傳統老房子與氣派的洋式建築，美食、美景、人文都很繽紛豐富的地方。這幾天就跟大家分享這趟上海行的吃吃喝喝囉😊 !

印象很深刻的美食是在一間上海在地朋友介紹的餐館，很多經典菜，像是讓我回味在三的「乳汁空心菜」、「香干馬蘭頭」、「蟹粉豆腐煲」、「紅燒肉」還有我個人很喜歡的「蘿蔔絲餅」😏。

👉 其實上海的菜吃起來口味都偏甜，其中有兩道上海經典菜跟大家分享一下~
✨ 「乳汁空心菜」：這也算上海有名的菜色，一開始看到紅紅的空心菜，還以為是炒很辣的青菜，但其實是用一種叫「南乳汁」的調味醬去炒的，而且一點也不辣！這種醬料是用紅麴米做的豆腐乳，也叫紅腐乳，「南乳汁」就是這種豆腐乳醬汁，吃起來甜甜的和我們一般吃的豆腐乳不同。

✨ 「香干馬蘭頭」：這道菜猛然一看還以為是雪菜豆干，不過是一種叫馬蘭頭的蔬菜與豆干做成的涼菜，看起來碧綠翠嫩當成前菜來吃清爽順口，也沒有過鹹的醃漬味，雖然是小菜一碟但也需要花不少時間挑嫩葉的部分，並且剁成細末，相對鮮脆的馬蘭頭與口味較濃厚的豆干末搭配起來再用麻油融合，真的是絕配，有機會一定要嚐嚐 😊 。

👉 一整餐吃下來，搭配簡單的普洱菊花茶也消食解膩，原以為會很不適應的上海菜餚，沒想到不只驚奇也很美味 😍。
