周末我是必做家事和健身，所以我週六整個把自己逼得很緊，早上完成了家事和健身，下午去朋友家到晚上(玩超久的!)
週日則是去吃了朱媽媽和喝了朝思暮想的幸福堂~果然沒讓我失望!!
這次影片用了我買的新相機Canon EOS M50 夾雜著用Samsung S20+拍的影片，最近還在測試新相機當中，下支Baking影片我會全用相機拍，好期待!快來猜猜我下次要烤什麼!!

I am so excited to share my first weekend vlog with you guys and I hope you guys will like it!
I had a busy weekend starting from Friday night since I had to prepare the choux au craquelin (you can also call it cream puff) for my friend's house warming. On Saturday, I went to the house warming and had lots of chit chat and silly time with my friends. And of course, yummy food!!
On Sunday, I finally got to go to Xing Fu Tang to try the Taiwan #1 brown sugar milk tea and Mama Chu for lunch.
In addition, I bought a new baking tray and guess what I am making next!! I will leave it to you guys! See you in the next video!! ♡♡♡♡♡

繼上周的芋泥巴斯克起士蛋糕～這周我來挑戰做酥皮泡芙~配上做剩下的芋泥餡，沒想到吃起來意外清爽! 當中我芋泥餡有點不夠，於是我又另做了鮮奶油卡士達內餡~兩種口味都好吃!

This week I decided to make Choux au Craquelin and filled with my remaining (leftover hah) mashed taro from making the basque burnt taro cheesecake. Surprisingly or not even surprised....it tastes so damn good! (If you are a taro lover like me, YOU DEF WILL LOVE IT)
I also made another basic flavour that is Crème diplomate which is also really refreshing and easy to make.

☆Here is the recipe:
(Making 10 Choux au Craquelin)
*Craquelin:
-Unsalted butter 40g
-All purpose flour(AP) 50g
-Sugar 25g
*Choux pastry:
-Milk and Water 63g+63g
-Unsalted butter 35g
-Egg 2 (Total 79g-83g)
-All purpose flour 50g
-Salt a bit
-Sugar 1/2 tsp
*Custard cream(Pastry cream):
-Egg 3
-Sugar 80g
-Milk 350g
-All purpose flour or corn starch 30g
-Vanilla extract 1tsp
-Unsalted butter 30g (Add it when the cream gets thickened and off the heat,forgot to film it in the video)
*Taro cream:
-Whipping cream 100g
-Mahed taro 2 scoops (80ml)
-Mix with 1/3 Custard cream

*Crème diplomate:
-Whipping cream 100g
-Sugar 20g
-Mix with 1/3 Custard cream
*Baking time: 210°C 15 mins then 160°C 10 mins.
Prick a hole at the bottom of each choux pastry and let it cool down in the oven for 10 mins and then take them out.
