New #oalworkout video. Today I push myself to try a new circuit at my own gym.
Warm up:
15 X burpees
1 min forearm plank (straightaway, don’t let the body touch the floor)
1 min Straight-arm plank
1 min forearm plank
(2 sets)
First Video workout:
1️⃣ 20 weighted squat jumps
2️⃣ 10 alternate pushups (one hand on the dumbbell)
3️⃣ 12 shoulder taps to plank knee tucks
Swipe to second video:
4️⃣ 25lb weighted single leg hip trust
- squeeze and hold 10 secs at the last rep.
5️⃣ 20 kickbacks each side

A 20 minute at home butt and leg workout with cardio workout moves. Designed to work on butt and leg toning, with body weight. For this quick home workout, you will need a glider and a light weight dumbbell (dumbbell is optional). In this easy beginner home workout, we're going to focus on butt and leg toning with the following workouts:
1: Sumo Squat Jump x 20 reps
2: Lunge with Glider + Tricep Extension (dumbbell optional) X 15 reps + 15 up-and-down pulses.
3: Side Lunge with Glider + Tricep Extension (dumbbell optional) X 15 reps + 15 pulses
4: Lunge Jump x 20 reps
5: Single Leg Deadlift with Tricep Extension (dumbbell optional) x 15 reps
In this video I am wearing and using:
1: X top
2: X bottom
3: X dumbbell
4: X glider

Entry/Basic level = 2.5 kg dumbbell (each)
Intermediate = 5 kg dumbbell
Advanced = 7.5-10 kg dumbbell
A Fat-burning workout session with a pair of Dumbbell to strengthen the body and melt away more calories! This workout routine is suitable for both Men and Women. It can be done by every healthy individual, it doesn't really matter if you are fit or unfit.
For ladies, don't worry about the added resistance, this style of workout won't make you huge/muscular! This added resistance will shape you! And guys will enjoy benefits of lean muscle development (because man has a higher testosterone level).
Estimated calories burned in this session: 300+ kcal based on 2.5kg dumbbell
