A fully digital APEC has been taking off for the first time ever. The #APEC_host_economy #New_Zealand has announced it will try new ways to deliver a virtual Māori experience throughout the host year.
Closely connected to land and community, the New Zealand indigenous people #Māori has shown its business resilience when facing the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the “Māori Business SURVEY REPORT 2020”, the top three positive influences resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic are: tending to social need, increasing use of technology, and financial implications. Māori’s vigorous vitality will surprise the APEC delegates with its traditional welcome performance.
