เนื่องด้วยวันนี้ ได้เกิดเหตุการณ์ที่อาจทำให้คุณลูกค้าไม่สบายใจขึ้น เราเห็นว่านี่เป็นเรื่องใหญ่ ที่ต้องขอแสดงความเสียใจและขออภัยต่อคุณลูกค้าเป็นอย่างยิ่ง กล่าวคือ

Due to today's incident that may upset customers. We see this is a big deal to express our sincere condolences and apologies to customers.
During lunch time, full of customers, staff are relatively low. The restaurant manager brought food to serve at your table. One customer with cutlery tray and said, ′′ Roasted chicken rice, lemongrass
The customer picks up the cutlery tray and asks ′′ Is this right
I think it's fun. I have brewed this much.
Apparently, the manager was a bit dizzy. I didn't answer anything but came back to work and let the customer make it dry...
The shop has heard about it, so it's urgent to have a team meeting and conclude that it's very serious for customers to play dry jokes.
