//2012英國奧運大會用來奉客饗貴賓的酒單中，意大利紅酒 2006 Castello Banfi, Brunello di Montalcino 好是好，的確在意大利權威葡萄酒評論雜誌《Gambero Rosso》，經常獲得“Tre Bicchieri”(Three Glasses)的最高評級，充滿年青活躍的香氣，底蘊輪廓是香草和雲尼拿，酒體厚實，是力的表現，但看英國酒評家 Anthony Rose 建議：用它配「擲鐵餅」來喝，便可知佢咩料。

但日常酒，二字記之曰：delightful與enjoyable，Banfi 或嫌實淨嚴肅，一般也要$5、600 一瓶，日日常開，可選些不論風格或價格，都來得親民一點 、casual 一點的。//

This year marks the biggest ever Decanter World Wine Awards(DWWA), which is already the world’s largest and most influential wine competition thanks to a rigorous judging process overseen by international experts.

DWWA 2021 included a first Best in Show medal for a ‘Vin Jaune’ – or ‘yellow wine’ – a speciality of the Jura region of eastern France. The winning wine was Domaine Berthet-Bondet, Château-Chalon 2013, made from 100% Savagnin.

Wine cooperative St. Jodern Kellerei in the Valais region already farms some of Europe’s highest vineyards, and it reached the summit of DWWA in 2021 after its ‘Heida Barrique’ 2019 won a Best in Show medal.

We get entries from every corner of the wine world, so it is as it were the closest you can get to a universal benchmark.”

Noteworthy highlights include two Best in Show medals for German Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, showcasing the country’s ability to make top wines with these classic Burgundian grape varieties. A 2011-vintage English sparkling wine also won a Best in Show medal.

「飯局」多在中菜館進行，吃意大利菜還是本季第一次。這一晚特別請了這裡的大廚Chef Andrea設計菜單，六道菜的Chef Andrea's Degustation Dinner Menu加上5杯配酒，「飯局」就這樣敲定。

兩道前菜，看似簡單的風乾火腿及蜜瓜其實殊不簡單。風乾火腿是水準很高的30個月Culatello ham，蜜瓜是意大利北部Lorenzini運來：就是運費也知不惜工本。第二道前菜是吞拿魚，用上的是來自地中海的藍鰭吞拿，魚脂成份不高但勝在鮮味十足，加上手刴口感也甚佳。

喝過龍蝦湯，第一道澱粉質主菜是鮮製意大利麵，大廚為我們準備的是手切寬條麵Tagliatelle，略厚的麵身淥得很有咬口，鮮製蛋麵也蛋香味濃。配上的是軟滑的羊奶芝士醬汁，再刨上新鮮黑松露，在座的食友都吃得滿意。

肉類主菜是佛羅倫斯牛扒，因為每塊牛扒重逾2千克，需要多人分吃的項目，在「飯局」上選上就最好了。由Chef Andrea親自操刀席前切肉。意大利牛雖然不及和牛及美國牛般鬆化，但勝在肉味濃厚，牛魔王必滿意。同場加映燒豬柳，是不吃牛肉的朋友的選擇。

餐點以外，是晚的配酒也精彩。當中以第二支白酒的Petite Arvine, Les Cretes, Valle d’Aosta, 2015及配牛扒的Sangiovese, Brunello di Montalcino, Il Colle, Tuscany, 2014印象最深刻。前者的柔滑及buttery的口感跟吞拿魚的鮮香配合得很好，而後者強勁有力的酒體及單寧也是吃牛扒的不二之選。

看到食友們也吃得快樂的離開，飯局負責人也放心了，畢竟今天在香港可以令人快樂的事情也真太少了。
