首先，我們知道解除疫情封鎖的英文是「lift COVID-19 restrictions」。
📌 lift (v.) 解除 （封鎖⋯⋯）
「lift」這個字有許多意思，這裡作為動詞使用，意思是：
to end a rule or law 取消、撤銷規定或法律
• The restrictions on water usage have been lifted now that the river levels are normal.

9月16日，世界銀行公布一項獨立調查報告顯示：#保加利亞 籍的現任 #國際貨幣基金組織 總裁 Kristalina Georgieva在擔任世銀CEO時，曾施加「不當壓力」，目的是提高中國在世界銀行《2018年經商環境報告》（Doing Business 2018）的全球排名。
2017年世界銀行正在爭取130億美元的 #增資，很需要中國的支持，所以當時擔任CEO的Georgieva 和韓裔美籍行長 #金墉 調整了幾組參考數據，比如將中國的《擔保交易法》納入積分評比、更強調北京上海的投資環境有多優秀。經過調整後，在2017年10月發布的《2018年經商環境報告》中，中國的排名比初稿還高了7個名次，來到第78名。
其實世界銀行年度發布的《經商環境報告》對很多國家來說很重要，它的排名代表一國經商環境的開放程度與發展性，所以像 #發展中國家 會特別在意自己的排名，這能為它們吸引外資。不過很明顯地，這份報告早就受到政治操弄，有失公允。

又一本關於 #川普 時期內幕的重磅新書即將出版！在這本《危難》（Peril，暫譯）中，現任 #美軍參謀首長聯席會議主席 陸軍上將Mark Milley覺得川普在輸掉大選後心理狀態嚴重下滑，擔心他真的對中國發動戰爭。
Milley在 #白宮 不知情的狀況下，曾私下打了兩通電話給 #解放軍 高層李作成，一次是在美國大選前四天、一次是在 #國會山莊 之亂後兩天。Milley向李作成保證：美國政府很穩定，不會對中國動武；如果美軍真的展開攻擊，中國政府會預先收到通知。
