Attended Krug 2006 release tasting & tried 3 Krug 2006 champagnes, including Krug Clos du Mesnil 2006, Krug 2006 & Krug Grande Cuvée 162ème Édition (with 2006 base wine) pairing with Michelin chef Uwe delicacies. So spoiled! 🥳🥂🥰I like Krug 2006 more, with elegant bubbles, it’s complex with creamy, toasty, brioche, almond, dried apricot, honey & mineral notes. The finish is long. It brings out the sweetness of the red prawn more. Cheers! 🥳🥂
