結合台灣中小企業與設計師力量，史上第一次的製造者開發大會，即將於9月6日、7日在台北舉辦，這次設計發浪也榮幸擔任媒體夥伴，以及擔任台日橋接者，為大會邀請到日本最大設計機構——GK DESIGN 集團當中的工業設計公司社長，朝倉重德來演講。
朝倉重德在早稲田大學理工學部機械工學科畢業後到美國 Art Center College of Design進修。獲得許多設計大獎，如 Good Design Award、iF設計獎、red dot、IDEA等，也擔任多次Good Design Award 審查委員。他在消費者產品的領域中，以「創造出美的思考、美的造形、美的關係之設計」為理念，活躍於日本設計界。
曾在一篇報導看見他對文化與設計之間的關係剖析，讓我非常有感。他說不管是產品、技術或是習慣，都有可能隨著時代進步而有自然消失的可能性，因此設計師必須要有意識地去主動尋找適合留下的產業與文化，當中判斷的基準便是品質的優良與否。

Topics to be covered include an introduction to Sound Visualization Technology, the human perception of sound and how to include the sound visualization tools in your NPI process. You can expect several interesting Near Field and Far Field case studies and mini workshops.
Engineers and researchers working on noise and vibration in consumer electronics, electric bikes, automotive and industry (i.e. Acer, Delta, Giant, etc etc) are encouraged to participate!
