*三個基本段練腹部肌肉動作
家中有瑜珈壓和桌子就可以做
-15reps x 3sets
1) Soft Box Crunches
2) Soft Box Side Crunches
3) Russian Twist
注意事項:記住挺胸修腹下巴沉底,雙手輕碰箱/桌邊就可~
第3個動作下身盡量不要動,挺胸,腰部扭動多啲,初學者可以嘗試不用啞鈴去做~
