其實好酒唔一定係貴！參加女釀酒師兼莊主Susana Balbo 的阿根廷葡萄酒晚宴，同佢個仔兼第三代釀酒師Jose傾計，了解他們的酒風。試了5款白酒及紅酒，整體都非常優雅幼細及帶花香，一d都感受唔到阿根廷酒嘅大隻、重單寧及爆。Jose話呢個係佢地特別㨂啱土壤所帶出嘅效果，我同意，但我更同意女釀酒師一般做酒個style都係優雅d同多d花！而且佢d酒性價比好高，值得一試！
Great wine is not always expensive! Attended Susana Balbo (female winemaker & owner) Argentinian wine dinner & chatted with her son Jose (who's the 3rd generation wine maker) on their wine style. I tried 5 white & red wines, they r all very elegant, smooth & with floral notes, I couldn't feel that they r typical Argentinian wines, as they r not masculine, full of alcohol & tannin! Jose explained that they specifically chose d right terroir for making their style of wine. I agree that terroir does affect the wine style, but I agree more on female wine makers usually make more elegant, refined & floral wines than male wine makers! Their wine is really value for money!
