Don’t jealous me! 😍 Sipping the full series of Bond Estates for d 1st time, the renowned Cult Wine from Napa Valley, including Melbury’2013, ‘Quella’2010, ‘St. Eden’2013, ‘Vecina’ 2010及 ‘Pluribus’ 2010 five single vineyards, priced from HK$3600-$5200 per bottle, made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. I’m very happy to meet with Scott Gould, the director of Bond Estates. I ask him how long he decants the new vintage of Bond wines, he said he doesn’t like to decant the bottle, but to ensure that the temperature is right. Learnt one more tips to handle Bond from d expert!🍷🍷

其實我真係好鍾意飲法國波爾多葡萄酒㗎！😍🍷好高興同 @Wendy Narby Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux高級講師會面，試咗4支90年代嘅波爾多葡萄酒，包括Chateau Potensac 1995 (Medoc), Chateau Pontet Canet 1994 (Pauillac), Chateau Gruaud Larose 1995 (St. Julien)及 Chateau Sociando Mallet 1996 (Haut Medoc)，20多歲嘅葡萄酒正在盛放，簡直來回天堂又折返人間，太快樂鳥！😍😍🍷
I’m really a big fan of Bordeaux wine! 😍🍷very happy to meet with Wendy Narby, the Senior Lecturer of Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux and tried 4 90s Bordeaux wines together, including Chateau Potensac 1995 (Medoc), Chateau Pontet Canet 1994 (Pauillac), Chateau Gruaud Larose 1995 (St. Julien) and Chateau Sociando Mallet 1996 (Haut Medoc). They are all 20+ years old & opened up elegantly at this age! I’m in heaven and back to earth! Too happy! 😍😍🍷

勃艮第葡萄酒吸引之處係千變萬化，唔同田唔同莊都有唔同風格，係Renaissance酒店試咗6個勃艮第名莊由village至grand cru級別嘅2011年同2013年酒！今日最喜歡係Domaine de Montille 嘅白酒，優雅而充滿花香！
The attractive part about Burgundy wine is that they r always so unpredictable & unique! Different terroirs & domaines will create different wine styles! Tried 6 top burgundy domaines from village to Grand Cru 2011 & 2013 vintages at Renaissance hotel. My favorite today goes to Domaine de Montille white wine, it’s so floral and elegant!
