Cách bảo quản cam tươi lâu :))
Trong điều kiện môi trường bình thường, khô ráo và thoáng mát, cam tươi có thể dễ dàng được bảo quản tốt trong vòng 2 tuần. Trong điều kiện được chuẩn bị kĩ càng hơn về môi trường bảo quản, nhiệt độ thích hợp có thể giúp cam tươi lâu trong khoảng 2 tháng.
Dưới đây là 1 vài cách bảo quản hữu ích mà bạn có thể tham khảo như:
Cách 1:
Sử dụng baking soda
Dùng một lượng baking soda vừa đủ hòa tan với nước, cho cam vào ngâm trong khoảng 1 phút. Sau đó mang đi lau khô nhẹ nhàng bằng khăn sạch, hoặc để ráo nước tự nhiên, xếp gọn cam vào túi nilong, bịt kín rồi đặt trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh để bảo quản.
Nhiệt độ thích hợp kết hợp với thành phần trong baking soda giúp bảo quản cam tươi lâu mà không tốn quá nhiều công sức.
Lưu ý: Cam tươi khi bảo quản trong tủ lạnh nên được đặt riêng biệt với các thực phẩm khác như thịt, cá, thức ăn,.. hạn chế tối đa sự lây lan của vi khẩn cũng như duy trì hương vị tự nhiên của cam.
Cách 2:
Sử dụng muối
Muối cũng có tác dụng tích cực trong việc hỗ trợ duy trì độ tươi ngon của cam. Dùng muối pha loãng với nước để ngâm cam trong khoảng 1 - 2 phút. Vớt cam ra lau khô nước một cách nhẹ nhàng tránh làm tổn thương vỏ cam.
Cho cam vào túi nilong bịt kín miệng túi và đặt trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh để bảo quản là được.

■大人のカルーアミルク
1杯分
材料:
テイスティジャパンコーヒーバッグ 1袋
芋焼酎(赤霧島推奨) 30~80ml
塩
黒蜜 9g
牛乳 100ml
作り方
1.コーヒーバッグに、焼酎を注ぎ30分〜1時間常温で抽出する。
2.コーヒーバッグを取り出しておく。(コーヒーバッグは取っておく)
3.グラスの縁を水または牛乳で濡らし、塩でスノースタイルにする。
4.(3)に黒蜜、(2)を加えよく混ぜる。
5.フレンチプレスなどの器具で、冷たい牛乳でフォームミルクを作り、しっかりと泡立てる。
6.(5)のミルクを全量注ぐ。(できるだけ表明が層になるよう)
7.(2)で取っておいたコーヒーバッグを破り、粉を取り出し、表面に振りかけたら、完成!
■シトラス・コーヒー・ソーダ
1杯分
材料:
テイスティジャパンコーヒーバッグ 1袋
水 100ml
みかんのドライフルーツ 30g
砂糖 30g
レモン果汁 半分
ソーダ 40ml
レモンスライス 1枚
氷
作り方:
1.みかん・砂糖・レモン果汁を鍋に入れ、火にかけ、2〜3分煮詰めて冷まし、みかんシロップを作る。粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で冷ましておく。
2.コーヒーバッグに水を注ぎ、全体が湿るように馴染ませ、冷蔵で1晩置き、コールドブリューコーヒーを作る。
3. グラスに(1)のみかん果肉3つ、みかんシロップ7g、氷、ソーダの順番で注ぐ。
4. 層になるように静かに(2)のコールドブリュー40mlを注ぐ。
5. スライスレモンをグラスに飾り付けたら、完成!

Coffee arrange recipes
◆Kahlua with milk
Servings: 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
1 Tasty Japan coffee bag
30-80ml sweet potato Shochu
Some salt
9g brown sugar syrup
100ml milk
PREPARATION
1. Pour Shochu over the coffee bag in a bowl. Leave for 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature.
2. Remove the coffee bag. Keep the bag for later.
3. Salt the rim of a glass with water or milk.
4. Pour brown sugar syrup and coffee Shochu (2) into the glass. Mix well.
5. Using a French press, froth the milk (cold).
6. Pour the milk (5) into the glass.
7. Break the coffee bag (2) and sprinkle with some coffee on top.
8. Enjoy!
◆Citrus Coffee Soda
Servings: 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
1 Tasty Japan coffee bag
100ml water
30g dried oranges
30g sugar
1/2 lemon juice
40ml soda
1 lemon slice
Some ice
PREPARATION
1. To make orange syrup, heat dried oranges, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot. Simmer for a few minutes. Let cool. Keep it in the refrigerator.
2. To make cold brew coffee, pour water over the coffee bag in a bottle. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Put 3 pieces of orange (1), orange syrup (7g), ice, and soda in a glass.
4. Pour the cold brew coffee (40ml) into the glass. Try to make a coffee layer.
5. Put a lemon slice.
6. Enjoy!

じゃがいも 2個

半熟卵 1個
ポテトチップス 60g

粗挽き黒コショウ 少々
塩 少々
作り方:
1.じゃがいもは一口大に切る。玉ねぎは薄切りにし、塩もみして水気を絞る。
2.耐熱ボウルにじゃがいもを入れ、ふんわりラップをかけて600Wの電子レンジで4分加熱する。
3.熱いうちにフォークでつぶし、酢、マヨネーズ、にんにく、塩、粗挽きコショウを加え混ぜる。
4.玉ねぎを加え、さらに混ぜる。
5.保存袋にポテトチップスを入れて粗めに砕き、(4)に加えさっと混ぜる。
6.器に盛り付け、粗挽き黒コショウをふり、半熟卵をのせたら、完成!
■キムチチーズ餃子
2人分(10個分)
材料:
餃子の皮 10枚
キムチ 50g
長ねぎ 1/4本
ごま油 小さじ1
ピザ用チーズ 30g
サラダ油 適量
作り方:
1.キムチ、長ねぎはみじん切りにする。
2.ボウルに(1)、ごま油、ピザ用チーズを入れ、混ぜ合わせる。
3.餃子の皮の中心に(2)をのせ、縁に水をつけ、ひだを作りながら包む。チーズがはみ出ないようにとじ目をしっかり押さえる。
4.フライパンに多めの油を入れて熱し、温まったら(3)を入れ、両面きつね色になるまで揚げ焼きにする。
5.油をきって取り出し、器に盛り付けたら、完成!

10 dumpling wrappers
50g kimchi

2. Mix (1), sesame oil, and shredded cheese in a bowl to make filling.
3. Place the filling (2) on the center of a wrapper. Apply some water on the edge of the wrapper. Fold and pinch to seal.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Place dumplings (3) and cook until both sides are golden.
5. Transfer dumplings to a plate.

●米油(普通の油でもOKだけど米油だとあっさりするよ♪)
[衣]
●片栗粉:大さじ3
●小麦粉:大さじ3
●卵:1個
●創味シャンタン:小さじ1/2~1(ウェイパー、コンソメでも美味しいよ♪)
●マヨネーズ:大さじ1
●炭酸水:70㏄(冷水でも大丈夫だけど炭酸水だとサクサク感と軽やかさが出ます)
●ガーリックパウダー(無くてもOK♪):小さじ1
●薄めの味付けにした場合はお好みで黒コショウ、塩、ケチャップ、マヨネーズもオススメ
※衣の味付けは薄めがお好みの方は小さじ1/2、しっかりめがお好み方は小さじ1入れて下さい。
※しっかりした衣がお好みの方は最初に片栗粉をまぶす時しっかりめに!薄めの衣がお好みの方は少なめにして下さい。
【衣がべちゃっとしない、サクサクさせるポイント♪】
●最初に卵と冷えてる炭酸水、あれば氷を入れて混ぜる。上に残った泡はすくってあげる
●粉を入れた後は混ぜすぎない!少しダマが残るくらいで大丈夫です

衣まで美味しい『無限クリスピーピーマン』を作りました。
味の付いたサクサクのやみつき衣がとにかく美味しくて
ほのかなピーマンの苦みも超たまらないんです。
今回大きめのピーマン6個で作りましたがマジ秒で無くなりましたw
ピーマンの苦手なお子さんもきっと喜んでくれると思いますし
薄衣なので糖質制限されている方にもオススメだと思います。
今回は出来るだけ簡単に、少ない油で誰でも気軽に作れるよう
特製の味付け衣に付けて焼くだけ(揚げ焼き)というレシピにしてみました。
とっても簡単ですが秒で無くなる最高のピーマン料理になってます。
余った衣は他の野菜で作っても超美味しいですよ♪
是非作ってみて下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Green pepper: 6 pieces
● Potato starch (for dusting first)
● Rice oil (You can use regular oil, but rice oil will be lighter ♪)
● Batter
● Potato starch: 3 tablespoons
● Flour: 3 tablespoons
● 1 egg
● SOMI shantung (Weipa or consommé is also good): 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
● Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
● Soda water: 70 cc (cold water will also work, but soda water will
give it a crispy and light texture ♪)
● Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon (fine without it ♪)
● Black pepper, salt, ketchup, and mayonnaise are also recommended if
you prefer a lighter seasoning.
※ If you like your batter lightly seasoned, add 1/2 teaspoon; if you
like it firm, add 1 teaspoon.
[The key to making the batter crispy and not sticky ♪]
● Add the eggs, cold soda water, and ice if you have it. Scoop up any
bubbles that remain on top.
● Do not overmix after adding the flour. It's okay if there are a few
lumps left.

I made these "Addictive Infinite Crispy Peppers" that are delicious
right down to the batter.
The crunchy, flavorful, addictive batter is just delicious! I also
love the slight bitterness of the peppers.
I used 6 large bell peppers this time, and they were gone in seconds!
I'm sure children who don't like green peppers will love it. I also
recommend it to those who are on a sugar restriction diet because of
the thin batter.
This time, I tried to make it as easy as possible so that anyone can enjoy it.
Just dip it in the special seasoned batter and grill (deep-frying).
