Simple yet tasty udon without having to travel to 🇯🇵 Tried out the Nissin Sanuki Udon Bonito Flavor from @nissinfoodssingapore latest frozen udon and ramen series and I was truly won over by the light, clear dashi broth with subtle sweetness and umami flavor from the Bonito. The udon is delightfully smooth and chewy as well.
I topped with it some ebi fry which I made with @philipssg air fryer, as well as eggs and wakame for a complete nutritious meal 😋
