TLDR: Did a program. Lost some weight. Feel great. Gonna celebrate with some burgerlab.
I've finally reached the end of my 3 month WildFit journey and as someone who has never been able to stick to a program or be disciplined about eating habits before, this has been a life changer.
In transforming my lifestyle, I've come to truly understand that the area of Health and Fitness is the foundation to a better quality of life. What you put in your body, how you treat it affects EVERYTHING from your intellectual life to emotional well-being to relationships.
I'm quite amazed at what 3 months could do as I was able to
- Lose 10kgs with MINIMAL to NO exercise.
- END my need and desire to consume alcohol.
- DESTROY my dependency and cravings for sugar and carbs. It's gotten to a point where I don't even have to control myself. Temptations aren't even a thing anymore.
- BREAK my caffeine addiction (honestly one of the best things I got out of the program)
- IMPROVE my quality of sleep (because of not consuming caffeine. Seriously that stuff can mess up your sleep)
- IMPROVE my nutritional intake which has made me feel amazing and awesome!
- Take on MORE in life. My life feels full :)
- Build solid healthy HABITS and MINDSETS that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
WildFit won't be for everyone. This ain't no MLM plug or hard sell on the program as everyone's different and there are many ways to get to a healthy lifestyle.
However, if you are feeling low or that life is lacking... Make a change or shift in your area of Health and Fitness. It doesn't have to be big but what you do NOW will definitely set things in motion and you'll find that everything gets better when you take care of your health and your body. Always remember that you are in charge of your physical destiny! And you can always make a change for the better :)
If you read this and you do find the idea of WildFit interesting. Feel free to ask me anything :)
Thanks for reading, now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna celebrate my win and eat a burger 👌
Big thanks to the support of @sabysashimi and me Mum.

Is weed addictive?
In the latest episode of “In The Weeds”, Taiwan’s only cannabis-focused lawyer and show host Zoe Lee sits down with Dr. Liang-Yu Chen, a physician from the Taipei City Hospital’s Kunming Prevention and Control Center, to discuss all things related to cannabis addiction, which is a real thing.
.
They discuss:
- What is addiction?
- Addition and crime: The tug of war between public health and personal freedoms
- A new way of thinking about addiction – an illness that abducts your willpower
- Common addictive substances in Taiwan: Alcohol, amphetamines, followed by a slight rise in marijuana
- Cannabis addiction treatment
- Not reporting a drug overdose at a party out of fear or being arrested
- It’s okay to seek medical help! Doctors won’t report you to the police if you’ve smoked weed.
