Road vs Trails.

I used to love running roads but as I get older (and since I had that injury in 2013), it has been hard to maintain a faster pace (maybe coz am tired of my dreaded routine or my body just doesn't work that way anymore or my excessive eating 😂🤔)
.
I now prefer a more lax routine. Not super lax but comfortable. I love challenges and think we should at least enjoy and be aware of our surroundings. Hope my senses don't fail me as my number increases.

And hopefully can explore new locations soon ❤️

Uphill is not my strongest suit. I curl when I go up, hence my back pain and the shortness of breath. But, I believe, with dedication, discipline and training comes improvement. Personally, am still finding my niche. Everyday is a learning process. Practice makes perfect.
